Do you need to change filter? Or just clean it? I didn't see you clean the filter in the video
Have to change the filter as the oil is too dark ..I did changed it mate you cant clean the old one filter needs to be changed thanks for asking mate , I reused the oil pan gasket tho because its metal and still reusable…so what i did was:
Change oil
Change filter

Where did you get the little curved metal tube that is attached to the tubing? That would make things a lot easier getting to that transmission fill port

Hy mate how did you measure your fluid level ? Do we have to measure it after a drive while the engine is still running? And where should the fluid level be A or B?
I start the engine then every 30sec I switch on every gears i make it sure that fluid run to all components and valves… Then I switch engine off just enough to warm it up then i let the fluid settle down in couple minutes then get reading . The fluid level shoul be on above B mark(full). I dont have to run it too much hot as the location on that bloody dipstick is near to the exhaust pipe so just be careful. Goodluck
After How many kilometres you should change the Transmission oil ??

Yes you can make an appointment in any auto workshop near you . But if someone on your family can do the job then that will not cost you a lot.cheers
Hi i just replace the transmission oils and take 7 litre. To the local ford shop said its ok. What is your opinion?
Its ok as long as on the level of the dip stick..did you check the level?
Not by myself. The shop the next day and says is ok

Boss good day ask ko lang po about my mazdabt50 2016 model 3.2.. nagpalit ako ng atf kaina kaso nasa 4.5liters lang nalagay. expected ko mga 9liters nabobother kc Ako boss 😅 sana masagot boss Salamat 🙏🏻

I check mo lng sir yung dipstick after nyo po paandarin and shift it all to the gears auto/manual.. ang sa akin kasi bago ko idrain yung oil tsenik ko muna yung dipstick para may reference ako after ko lagyan nang bagong ATF. 6 liters lng yung na drain and some of it still on the system..so kung iflush out lahat yung oil maybe 9 liters is enough..ang drain kasi,kung ano lng meron sa pan yun lng ang madrain natin…salamat po sir
hay mate from where you get the filter for that because according to ford it doesn't have filter? want to change it just want to make sour i got all the parts thanks

Hi, mine is reaching 115k soon and I don't think the previous owner had ever changed the atf. Is it fine to change the atf now or is it too late? (I watched some video telling that if atf wasnt changed for long period of time then just live with it because new fluid might get it worse)
Is new new atf working good in your car?
Hi buddy. in my opinion based on what you said. Yes I WILL drop the atf oil and changed it mate. Must remember ATF are not that expensive, gearbox are😉

that might be too tight, if you used a spanner put another extension on it as more power and leverage you can undo that plug and used the right size ring spanner or socket. Good luck buddy
What is the spray you are using to clean
Carburator cleaner or degreaser
Is that the valve body? Or valve pan?

Please can you explain if the way need to fill oil is like this :-
A level on stick is the Oil level when engine is Cold .
B level on stick is the Oi level when engine is warm and transmission at 80°C.
Is the above way true. No one on TH-cam is telling regarding this secret.
Yes thats right… its not a secret actually its on the manual.

Depende kung panon ginamit yung sasakyan. Like madalas ba mg 4x4 ang may ari ? Ni lo look after ba ang sasakyan at properly mentain? Yan lng ang dapat mong malaman . Maganda po ang gearbox ng ranger basta properly maintain.

Hey mate. Yes there is. I reused the old one its like metal gasket thing. The one after market is a rubber, I didnt used it but I did kep it for now if any leaks but its all good no leaks untill now. Cheers for watchin my vids and tnx for the support and your question mate. Gid bless.

Yes and after I filled up I start the engine and shift it all to gears auto,manual I shift to 4x4 as well to make sure all fluids goes to solenoids and all that then I check the oil level and thats was all fine and oil level was perfect for what it was before

Hey budd thank you for watching my video, pls dont forget to SUBSCRIBE my channel and hit the notification bell for more videos. No, its not too late mate. If you bought that second hand then you might dont know how many times that Ranger went for 4x4. The fluid is getting hot during run and in the long time the fluid will drop the viscosity and fluid get burnt then it will not lube the mechanism properly in the tranny. Then also the solenoids might compromised as well.
Yes it was smooth mate.. its running very well.
