I Created A Giant Weapon To Actually Defeat Bosses in Dungreed

- I'm supposed to be rescuing missing villagers but just want to find the rarest and more valuable of those legendary items. After a few good tried of finding some decent stuff I find a throwable weapon that can go through walls. Combine that with a lucky find to make it much bigger and faster and suddenly I actually stand a chance at this game. Using the mega weapon I even manage to defeat the 2nd boss on my first try. Dungreed gameplay with my commentary as always!

I just use an elaborate rube Goldberg machine to feed myself a continuous stream of coffee.

Love this game and knowing that this guy is gonna outright goof his way through this thing makes me excited to see how much the later bosses are going to break him, i only just completed all the challenges and the challenge boss a couple of weeks ago after playing it on and off for a year and this just makes me wanna play it again.

100% dodge?! God, that sounds broken. They should cap it at 99% or something.
That got nerfed so you wouldn’t have 100% dodge since the higher you stack evasion, the lower dodge rate you get
nah its the scythe
From my experience, going full power then speed works best. You can kill the whole room before anything has a chance to react
@@petra1577 ah what? that's stupid. actually ruined the game imo. getting 100% dodge was a super worthwhile and difficult thing to do back when i played it.

Whoa, coffee-hyped DF talks wayyy faster and is even more easily distracted than usual. XD Gotta love that despite being lord-paramount of impatience, he still asks vital existential questions.
1) "Where is the dungeon?"
2) "Where did my sword go?"
3) "Can you stand there and die, please?"
4) "What is the sparkly thing?"
5) "Why is there a buffalo in here?"

Look where the weapon is equipped, if it's 2 handed the shield slot will be locked
great game you picked up here, if you need any hints for it, i actually have over 150 hours in game, first of, you should really max the mystic skill as soon as possible, it makes you keep an item between each run, so you can keep a nice item like the vine sword you had or the boomerang (that big shurikan thingy you had on your last run) it can also attack through walls, next tip is buy the food as soon as you can so you can get hungry again (you get 2 hunger per room =2 hunger per fight and 40 hunger per boss floor you defeated, your hunger is the orange meter on the bottom left, it will help you get your stats up during the run, also you loose all your gold over a certain amount determined by your level so don;t hesitate to waste some on the shops, another tip would be to not sell the items you get but to sacrifice them at the altar wich will give you a good item if you sacrificed enough items to fill the meter up completely, it turns pink/purple and you will get a legendary item and the gold ennemies drop will be plenty enough to sustain your run, also you can't use multiple of the same accessory on the same run but there are item sets wich give bonus stats if you have the whole set, some are useful, some are op and some are just useless, you will probably notice it pretty fast, i think this should give you a solid base for dungreed, thanks for making awesome vids, started playing undermine because i enjoyed seeing you play so much, have a nice day ^^
All videos from DF are amazing, idk what but something about them make it good as hell
i got a game reccomendation for you "risk of rain 2" it has a simular gameplay like binding of isaac but its in 3d and its endless but as the time passes it gets harder and harder :D might be fun for you
Can recommend have put like a hundred and twenty hours into it and got it 3 weeks ago really like the game

Yo the staff and hand crossbow are both really good. also most of the armors are practically useless. the watcher also shoots lasers at projectiles. good luck

jsyk, and you'll probably figure it out p quickly, but you can't really grind in dungreed. the max amount of money you can carry between runs is determined by your level, and past that there's only the Mystic level tree and the altar which you haven't unlocked yet to carry things between runs.
So grind without "grind" ? °^° sounds kinda like that other game about dungeons

Get swiftness 5 to double jump and dash 3 times and patience 20 to get healing when low and defence!

DF has bad vision because that's the only explanation I have for him not seeing very obvious stuff.
Play Terraria and enter the dungeon without any sort of preparations, that would be fun
With a fair amount of grinding, I think he would be great at Terraria. ..However, Terraria requires a lot of background knowledge to play otherwise you can't get very far without trial and error (or luck)

last I played DEF + Toughness stacking was pretty OP, it reached a point even the last boss was doing 1 damage to me and I just stood there facetanking the entire thing since he had to hit me over 120 times to kill me while I hit back for 3 digits. Even just the Sapling is enough, Dwarven Armor makes it even easier

The grinding aint so bad, its just to lv 30 so typically 10 good runs would do the trick. Just unlocking all the characters since only 2 are findable per lv means u need to be good/lucky to progress the town.

That was not legendary, but uncommon. It was the black rose sword, which was quite bad until one of the more recent patches, buffing it.

Edit: even if you don't play the game, listen to the music because it's absolutely amazing
Tip 1: unlock coblovina ASAP, extra skills are always usefull
Tip 2: always eat, always those stats are soooooo usefull, specially later on
Tip 3: don't focus on gold so much, while it does help to have some gold increase you won't be keeping it for long
Tip 4: mystic 20 as soon as possible, though that really depends what play style you want
Tip 5: focus on your strong stats instead of your weak ones
