Yep, life got in the way of making TH-cam videos. I got it all done and my customer took it up to Alaska twice for the fishing season. Turned out good and is holding up.
Working on my class c with water damage almost identical to this. The cardboard layer glued to the filon once it's gone from water damage does the filon need a new backing or does the poly wall replace that? Also I saw in other videos you used PCV trim can this be used to reframe the cabover or is wood still the better choice in terms of strength?

Yep. I had to replace the entire roof deck a few braces and other supports. Went with a fiberglass roof.
