- Hi everyone! This video contains a list of foods you can slowly add back into your diet after going through a Crohn’s or IBD flare-up. This diet is a High-Calorie Soft Diet, so it is recommended for those who are trying to gain weight after having a Crohn’s / IBD flare-up. This diet was recommended to me by the dietitians and doctors at Midwest Gastrointestinal Associates PC and may not work for everyone. However, I hope this gives you a place to start when you’re ready to transition from a low-fiber/flare-up diet to a regular/more diverse diet. Thank you so much for watching!
