Great video! I’ve been doing OMAD and at least 20hrs fasting for almost 3 years now. It hasn’t been working for me. I’m starting to gain back the weight that I lost. My body has adapted to that routine. Starting my 3rd week of true ADF to reset my metabolism.
I've done two 20 hour fasts this week because the usual 16 hour fast has become very east and I wanted to challenge myself and pick up my weight loss. It was more challenging, especially the 2nd one I did, but I'm sure I'll get used to it, I plan for now to Mix up sixteen and twenty hour fasts. Thanks for the inspiration!
Absolutely love your videos , you got me going on the intermittent fasting habit. I find for my personal needs as I cannot eat big meals,I finish my small evening meal around 5pm then in the morning I have a breakfast at around 9 or 10 am depending how hungry I am. I have a reasonably large lunch usually a salad sandwich then around 2 or 3 pm I have a sweet like a piece of home made cake or cookie or pie . Then nothing until my evening meal at 5 pm. I am so happy and content , I’ve dropped so much weight and I feel satisfied so much so that I no longer obsess about food all day , 5pm kitchen closed.
Love watching your videos. I do 20 hour fasting some days longer. Love that I can eat everything I cook with no guilt and have dessert when I wanted too. Thanks for sharing 😊
thank you. truly. you are so articulate and what you said resonated with me. that binge eating thinking that I’ll never have certain food again is not healthy lifestyle.
I am stuck on a weight plateu. I do fasting reach below then go back up again to that weight. What would you reccomend ? Some aggressive 48 hour back to back fasting for say 1 to 2 weeks ? I have been at this weight for over 2 years now a struggle to go lower.

That's a good idea. Thanks for sharing what you're doing. I'm a 16:8er but am ready to stretch myself a bit so I think I'll give that a try.
