I have exactly the same hardware but it keeps stuttering like hell on my rig. Are you sure that's an i7 3770? I noticed that the CPU usage is under 10%, mine is around 50%.

Yes mine is an i7 3770, as for the low CPU usage I'm not sure why but I thought it was because the game is more GPU intensive. Do you have enough RAM?

@@violakatai6642 I get a few stutters because the game wont pre cache shaders at the start on my pc I play on i5 3330 gtx 1050 2gb and 8gb of ram, low preset with intel xess performance mode it runs pretty stable on 1280x720. I mainly play on my ryzen 7 gtx 1650 laptop it runs medium 1080p with amd fsr 2.0 stable 60fps and it's very good because it loads the shaders before starting the game.
