Patricia is goal’s honestly.. her style, poise, sense of humor, intelligence… she can do no wrong in my eyes ❤❤
You forgot her beautiful spirit, she's genuinely so sweet.
First of all what a great episode, it was funny and really insightful. I would like to add, coming from the perspective of someone in her 40s. Keep aspiring to be a good human being, it takes work (I didn't really know this till my 30s) and it does not come by accident. The only advice I would love to offer is how to get there; work really hard to develop good habits like discipline, productivity, taking responsibility, honesty and integrity, good communication skills, and respect and work equally hard on completely going to war on bad habits, they will waste your time, your money (a lot of money and heartbreak) and they are very difficult to stop when set in, actually they become a part of who you become if you don't deal with them for example if one lies a lot, eventually it becomes so habitual that all your communication becomes lies and cannot even help it. Radically try to replace bad habits with good ones, you will benefit from them in the long run because the good habits eventually become who you are along with all the great benefits good habits bring.
As a patricia stan, I am so glad she stated what she does without watering it down or any ounce of guilt .Here for the growth!!
I also used to say “in Gods time” when people asked about marriage. Gods time came in my mid thirties and the tois followed suit!
I am very happy it took long enough for me to work on myself!
Couldn't have thought Cris is her 30's. She looks dope and seems to have a pure plus genuine soul. Can't wait to listen to this convo.
The elegant Patricia Kihoro.
She is full of both grace and individuality, her personality express superb draughtsmanship.
So glad to see Cris here seemingly happy. It's been quite a season for her. This is great.
Great seeing Patricia Kihoro on YT again!! Love lovee loveee her content!!!
Am 38 and I don't think it is ever too late to start anything. In my 20's it was easier to take risks but the self discovery journey never stops. If I don't get enough sleep,I experience actual hangover like same hangover you get from a alcohol.
Just turned 30... I was so anxious about it but honestly it doesn't feel different now that I'm there.
Patricia is wise in so many ways.
49:55 - There's an elevated sense of competence, self-assuredness and giving yourself grace, and the ability to try things over and over again. Katajipa eventually, when you stay aligned. God's timing above all. Profound conversation.
Am 26yrs and I definitely loved this conversation. .. watching from Uganda 🇺🇬
Patricia and Victor should have their own podcast already 😅😂 love them... awesome conversation this was!! 💞
These decades things are artificial you live each day as it comes, changing of decades is not like changing of seasons so putting so much signifcance to age gives it more power than it really have. the life motto should be do better today than you did yesterday
Amazing episode Sharon. Keep going.
Patricia Kihoro, is truly a masterpiece. Great lessons from her❤️

Am in my mid-twenties and I've learnt a lot from this podcast.
I feel like this season was meant for me, I can resonate with every episode.
So thanks and kudos Sharon. Keep going 😊
I also felt something when I was turning 30. I felt more bold in who I was.
I am like Victor. I wake up 6-7am even without an alarm regardless of the time I slept. That's why I prefer sleeping early since whether I sleep late or early, I will still wake up.
Victor is so full of peace, he is always cracking up🤣
"Victor Peace"
Very nourishing...Love love Patricia
Loved listening to Cris and Patricia
Patricia has a podcast??? I could listen to her all day.
My best episode so far, maybe it's because I'm turning 30 soon as well..I totally resonate with all of them.
I am currently being really intentional about showing love to people around me.
And I can't wait to hold the 30 yrs balloons next year, n go for a turning 30 vacation 😂. Hope I won't be broke when the time comes 😅
Thank you I felt like Cris was talking to me.. God bless you ❤
Am 22yrs old in 4 year uni and it's true somehow i feel like i know everything 😂but in real sense i love the way you put it that you really don't know 😅, especially in matters of love ....wacha tu ,i thank God that am able to listen to older pple & learn
Girl all these collabos?! You are winning!!! ❤❤
when you intentionally open up yourself for growth, you realize its a weird curve. one, meaning to things start making more sense and two, you mind knows first of a change to happen before your system is ready for implementing.
I have reasonated with this convo in so many ways.. amazing guests👌,, Thank you Sharon for this show.
wow, I really enjoyed this episode and will totally try that Patricia Kihoro sleep routine and see if ill get the same results.. What I've taken away from this episode is..yes, the world is ours to conquer and there is no life plan-its all up to us, up to me, up to you t make today and this decade you are on the best it could be. smiling, thanks guys..m new here and this is my first episode to watch.
This was an amazing conversation.I loved how the guests gave each other time to put their points across.
Am still anxious about that age but I hope it goes away with time and of course am trusting God .

Patricia Kihoro and Cris Njoki❤❤
This is mind blowing very educative Podcast you did fabulous job couldn't ask anything more
As you get older you start experience death is family especially with older grandparents ...that's another ball game to adjust in life.
Patricia shared gold nuggets🔥
Happiness is a choice and intentional, its a choice you make to be happy so you focus on the positives in life instead of the negatives
i looooooooooooove Patricia
I love love Patricia Kihoro aki
I love Patricia ❤
Something we didn't know we needed🙏❤️
I have come to the realization that at times when our aunties nudge us to get married, it's really not in bad faith. Remember they've lived this life before us, they know that when a woman is younger, her number of suitors tend to be higher than when she's older, also, for women, nature put us at a disadvantage of having a fertility time frame. So sad, but that's just how it is. Maybe, we should stop thinking that they are poking their noses too much in our business but on the flip side are actually guiding us on what we need to do.
Watching my favourite peeps was sooo cool! The wisdom nuggets!!! So relatable!!
The thing about that pressure to get married is that you might end up making the wrong choice of marriage partner because you feel like you're running out of time. I've heard it said many time before that one of the most important decisions you'll ever make in your life that will make or break you is choosing your life partner. I've also heard a lot of stories of people who rushed into marriage or to get a child and ended up severely regretting it. So while it's true that women may have a biological clock, it is so important for us to take our time to be sure we are getting married to the right person and like Patricia said, God has His own time that is always perfect. Besides there is a lot of technology in fertility treatment options now, IVF, freezing eggs and it's not a must uzae either, there are many children that need to be adopted or you can make the choice to be child free.
This was incredible.
I cut off many people, and decided to progress, nikifika 40 I need to rest and not be in my 20s still hustling
I haven't tried tape, but from my kid's dentist, I can confirm the benefits of sleeping with the mouth shut on the dental alignment and face-drooping. We had to go into surgery due to inexplicable snoring. Who knew? After the tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, the face droop gradually improved. I would never have made the connection between the two!
its just how i dint realize its been one hour...so informative, thanks for shedding that light
That part of shouting at yourself is true😂😂. I do it.
The humour Victor peace brought to the conversation 😂😂
My best podcast!
Woow! I loved it❤
Patricia dress is everything
This is a great episode and it was really funny when Victor joked bye to wale hawajapack bags. I feel that the title of the video did not embody the spirit of the wholesome conversation, specifically the use of the word bad. ‘Life in marriage or in Christ or single- Is it really that bad’
Patricia my favorite
Patricia is she!!!❤❤
Victor's laughter is contagious 😅😅
Patricia your Gods time is very soon i prophesy. you sound ready for marriage and motherhood
"I am analogous"... Patricia, tumeona joke hapo... Lol😂
I honestly was all ears through the episode, enjoyed every second of the conversation spiced up with humour,I have learnt a lot and thank you so much.I recently turned 24 years and felt sacred about the advancing years but listening to all the insights relieves me a bunch .I love you guys
Nice conversation...
I'm I the only one that habitually sips water a few times a night from my bed 😮?
Nooo😂
Same 😂
Njoki on the pod
Oh yes!!🎉
Patricia kihoro ❤
A good conversation to listen to❤
Happiness is deserved ❣
I thought i was wierd because i don't celebrate birthdaysr either. Am happy to know that am not the only one.
I feel like Patricia kihoro and miss tiramisu(IG) have the same aura 😊the resemblance is remarkable ama it's me ?😅
But this show😂❤❤ in another life Patricia would be my bestie😅
Victor peace just said he has FOMO in his sleep😂😂😂😂 I want to be you please!
"hio ni soundtrack btw" LMAO Patricia 🤣😭
Pattyyy!!!
Victor hukusema you are single 😹😹
Those women who read tarot cards and horoscopes and reading palms...... doesn't kihoro look like that wueh😴😴😴
The whole panel is wrong. This "me, me me" selfishness is not how any marriage works. Marriage is neither for the husband nor the wife, it is for the children.
Kikuyu's in the house 😁
Uko 30 hujaolewa ...your eggs are typically tired ..huna mtoto
Halafu unakuja kutupima hapa
Who hurt you? No one has involved you in their "egg issues" or fertility issues. Why are you so bitter when other people choose to make decisions that do not fit with your preferences?? This is a conversation hosted by Sharon on her channel. I know so many people who have kids in their 30s and 40s. Learn to appreciate diversity in the world. And if their eggs are tired, trust me, it's their doctors who will confirm that, and there are also solutions for 'tired' eggs.
This person is spitting scientific facts. Once a lady hits 30, she's done. Any lady's whole existence is pegged in her eggs that get tired in the day she turns 30! There's a scientific publication by "the university of trust me bro".
This whole nonsense of unmarried ladies in their 30s is so outdated.
@@kandisphere8828Amen. This guy is such a loser.
