Great video. I’ve been using a (borrowed) Feelworld Livepro L1for a few months. It time to decide what to buy, and It’s obvious that FW and RGB are almost identical, other than round vs square buttons. I see that RGB has added the x/y knob, and a few other changes, but what’s the full story? Are they the same company? Is one better than the other?

Hello Guys, i bought the Mini Pro mainly because of the USB Recording feature. I want to produce Drum Tutorials for Students. The Videorecording is totaly fine. But i don´t get the Audio to record as well! I´ve tried the following: HDMI 1 set the Audio to Mix, connected the Main Out from my Mixer to the Line Input of the Camera. Nice Audio Level - NO Audio Recording at all!
Connected the Main Out of the Mixer to the Audio In on the RGBLink - NO Audio Recording at all!
Is there a solution for that? If it´s not working, the hole feature is kind of pointless. Thanks in Advance! Chris

Hello, The first thing I would suggest is in the configuration menu to make sure the Audio is turned on, otherwise the video will record without audio. If that doesn't work please contact us at Sales@videoguys.com and we would be glad to help troubleshoot more.

@@Videoguys Hi and thanks for your reply! I opened the recorded file today With the VLC Media Player and it works perfectly!
But as a Mac User it won‘t work With QuickTime of FCPX. I‘ve reached out to the RGBlink Support (very quick, friendly and supportiv). As they say, there are some compatibilty issues With the Unit on both Mac and Windows That cannot be fixed With Firmware Updates due to some Hardwareparts being used in the Unit. They told me that i could use Software like Format Factory to decode the Audio and use it With the above named Software. Well, other than That, Great Unit. I‘ll try some workarounds 🤷‍♂️😂
Have a Great Day! Greetings, Christian
