Had to subscribe the channel when I discovered how much real content it has for your everyday regular BB enthusiast. If I could suggest a video, it would be a Necromantic team development one, since it looks like their playstyle in the new edition will look quite different from before.

Slann are the team that got me interested in BB. Don't field them currently, but if GW came back officially I'd pick them up

Thinking about playing Slann in a league at some point and was just checking out the roster. I think they should have a thrower/runner. Drop catchers to 0-2 and add 0-2 throwers/runners. 6 3 3+ 3+ 9+ Pogo, VLL, OTB, & running pass? 90k?
Also can we bring back some themed names instead of just blitzer or thrower.

Dart or Tree frog catchers
Bullfrog blitzers
Big guy - Goliath frog bruiser
I know it's semantics and not really important. I loved the names for the amazon teams positionals

Slann are fun. Gaspez Arts makes a really nice Kislev team ("Kickass Cossacks") which match the current BB miniature scale. I like those Greebo Slann, though I ended up designing my own Slann miniatures on HeroForge during their Black Friday stl sale, and will soon be printing them (hopefully!).
Ben, the last roster is the one I used at the start of my last league and I find it to be the best. The Kroxigor is almost mandatory for the frogs, being the rock that resists the punching of your rival. Catchers are the absolute stars of the team, no doubt!. I will try to send you the pics of my Fanath frog team painted, as you say they are great!!
Any specific theme? I have a tzeentch daemons list I named the purple people eaters after the minnesota vikings lol
@@mattellis3297 I named my team "Guerreros Ancas" (Ancas Warriors) playing with the words in spanish, as "ancas" is the word in my language for "frog legs", and the Fanath minis are themed with the Inca Empire so their warriors were "Guerreros Incas". Funny name for cartoony figs!

@@pawel4065 sure, but I like the Kislev look. We'll both agree the Bear/Krox is awesome as well as the rest of the team, even if we differ on appearance
Will be making my players have pogo sticks if they are using this team. Completely unnecessary buff, Leap VLL is good enough. Plus they didn’t fix the blitzers been to expensive.
Slann! YAS!!! Playing in a league format, I've always felt that the Blitzers are the heart of the Slann because of their Vampiric GAS access so I tend to load up on them for combat first then as support pieces (Blodge Guard spam) so the Catchers later join in relative safety. Also, I think Diving Tackle is better than Diving Catch and really complements the Krox's tail.
My starter Don't Skip Leg Day Roster
1 x 140 Krox = 140
2 x 110 Blitzers = 220
8 x 60 Line frogs = 480
3 TRR = 150
Total of 990. You miss out on the 2+ Ag pieces, but since they need protection I'd rather have a solid wall for them to work from behind. Priority purchases are Apo then 2 Catchers.
PS. Pass access on a "Double" for every player (intended?), so it may be an idea for laffs for a line frog to grab HMP when the Catchers are in play haha

Impact have a good frog team. Originally the blitzer were hard to tell from the lineman but they updated to make them clearer.

You did miss an important element of their new build!
Because leap was nerfered, Very Long Legs was buffed!
It doesn't affect Pogo Stick, but it means they interfere with the ball like a god damn boss.
Linefrogs interfere with an accurate pass on a 4+ as a base. Catchers do it on a 3+. So 'On The Ball' is insane for your Catchers!
This makes them a vaguely bashy, anti-passing team (I think the Krox is necessary in the new roster).
I think your league build is going to be hella punchy, (Block everywhere, Block/Guard on blitzers, and a Wrestle/Strip Ball catcher). And play them as a team that forces your opponent's to make mistakes, then capitalise and leap onto their mistakes.

Trouble is making VLL buffed is that because throwing is now not used very much (especially in our league since they screwed it up) it is a bonus skill that also may not as well be there. Dont see many passing plays on games that are online either
4+ passing really hurts. Especially since you are playing for diving catch.
It's for getting doubles on your Linemen.

@@project_swift No more doubles. I do not see it worth waiting 12 spp now and paying like 40k team value. Might be tempted to grab linefrogs random general if they get mvp.
Your vid only has 2 Catchers/Blitzers on the Roster not 4. Personally I really dislike the NAF House Rule of giving them all Pogo Stick. Leap and VLL is what they should have. Sure leaping is bad this edition but they did not need this.
Leaping is literally their only gimmick.
Stop trying to make slann happen. It hasn't been a team in like 30 years.
