- @justafarmdad nails the vinyl fascia on the 30' x 50' garage. This video explains the techniques I use to bend and install vinyl fascia around two bird boxes. Some of the tools you might need are: table saw, snips, hammer and 1.25" trim nails. I used the table saw with my saw blade turned backwards to rip the 12.5 foot vinyl.
Please refer to all local building codes. I use the IBC for reference and live in a location that allows the inspection to be waived. I am not a professional contractor. Seek help if you need further assistance.
I saved over $2,000 by doing this job myself!!! - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I was around $300 for the fascia with a contractors discount. The other products included was 172 ft of drip edge, roofing nails to hold drip edge down, and trim nails to attach fascia. Hope this helps!
Looks great!
Thank you! I'm glad you like it!
Nice job brother! It’s getting cold here in Pennsylvania and I’m getting ready to do exactly what you’re showing… so I appreciate the education!

Thank you! I've been up through the Allegheny Nat'l Forrest. Beautiful place! It's getting chilly up there, so stay warm! I hope the vinyl doesn't crack on you. If it's less than 45°, you'll probably have issues. Let me know how it turns out.
Will do!👍🏽
I would like to know where you bought your materials. I am about to do the same things 😊
Mostly Lowe's and Home Depot, but I also like supporting local small businesses when it comes to certain lumber and elctrical/plumbing supplies.
Can you tell me what all you bought for $600? The vinyl fascia would be about $200 so I'm wondering what else you had to buy. Maybe the cost included the soffit and j channel as well?
Hi, the vinyl Fascia was closer to $300. I also had 172 feet of drip edge with a box of roofing nails. A box of white trim nails and this was all purchased with a contractors discount. Hope that clarifies!
Thanks for clarifying!
