I am a self taught mechanic of over 30 years in the field. Helping people save money and stay safe on the road is what I am here for. If I can pass that along in my videos, that would make me feel even more accomplished. I am rather old school and do not really do things by the book, for this reason, I do not claim to make "Instructional" videos. My videos are for entertainment purposes only. Please use safety and knowledge when doing your own repairs. ~ Ben - MegaMiles

Enjoyed watching a professional who knows what he ne is doing, excellent prep. work before installation!🍺
Thank you and thanks for watching!
When I purchased my 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland. The rotors never had one of those rubber rings on any of the rotors…
A lot of people wont put them back on or replace them if theyre bad. Theyre not necessarily needed, the wheels are what holds the rotors on anyway. Things like this are more designed to hold the rotor on durring factory assembly so they dont fall off while rolling down the assembly line.
I learn a lot watching your video and. I have the same jeep
Thank you for watching! My videos are mostly on clients cars. I have a few videos for grand cherokees and will add more Im sure.
Didn't say shit
Didn't have to
Thanks for the video
Thanks for watching!
Thank you, Ben, for this excellent video. I'll be changing my brakes this weekend, and you have no doubt saved me a lot of time and aggravation.
Hope it helps! Thanks for watching!
Do you need to bleed brakes?
No. No lines have been disconnected and no air was introduced into the system. Just make sure to start the car and pump the brakes to reset the calipers before you try to drive. Youll feel the brake pedal tighten up.
@@MegaMilesBen thanks man!
Thank you! This is awesome. You make it look easy
Its not a difficult job, you can do it :)
Can't get the back bolts off 😩
@@FSC1400 which ones? The caliper bracket bolts can be a pain sometimes. A good breaker bar and sometimes a cheater pipe can help.
