    1) The Butterfly Self Hug
    2) Acromion Process Massage (LI16 Acupressure)
    3) Butterfly Hug
    4) Self Havening
    5) Heartwarming Circles
    6) Seated Swaying
    7) Seated Arm Shaking

      @@sheBREATH_Teresa some light movements/ maybe yoga 🧘‍♀️ type or gentle somatic yoga would be awesome! And also maybe some short healing meditations/ just anything that can release trauma and heal the nervous system. ❤️
