Very clear explanation and demonstration of the Short Row Heel on a toe up sock. Thanks, it´s one I have wanted to try and now I think I can on my next pair of socks...with some confidence!

THANK YOU!!!! I learned how to Crochet and how to spin yarn through youtube tutorials like this and then I tried to learn how to knit but there are almost no video tutorials anywhere and patterns are impossible for me if I haven't learned all the stitches through video first. I think you may have just turned making a sock from impossible to easy for me ❤❤❤. You are worth your weight in gold.

You have the best demo and explanation of the cast on method you use that I’ve seen yet (and I’ve seen alot, trying to learn the magic circle method of knitting socks)! Thank you so much!!! Your video is so great!

Why was I watching for a gusset and maybe other confusing things? I think I have been watching too many sock videos and heel methods and have them all confused. I'm thinking this is the best video I have seen. Seriously! I could understand you and could see what you were doing. I'm definitely going to try this one out. Thanks so much!

Thanks for making this very detailed video. This is the best tutorial I’ve come across on TH-cam. I have been trying to make socks for a long time and this video and pattern are just what I needed. Thanks again.

Trying to follow the pattern, but I don’t end up with “two double sts. at the end of each needle. Is there an error in the pattern? Or is it me doing something wrong???

I'm following along now and making a sock! I agree that this video is great - giving very clear instructions and explanations! Thank you! Is there a written pattern somewhere that I can have access to?

Hello, could you suggest a way to lengthen the leg part goes up to the knee in small size?
Should I just knit round after round until it goes up to 2 inches below the knee then cuff and castoff?

So is there no need to do anything specific to connect the stitches in the loop?
Does the loop just form as you keep on knitting?

Excellent tutorial. I've only made toe up socks once because I didn't like the bind off look of it. Now I'll try your method and maybe toe ups will be my preferred method. Have you ever tried the Chiagoo needles? The cord is much more flexible. It's my only choice for circular needles. Thanks again.

I like the concept of the afterthought heel.....but unfortunately I don't like the band it creates. Thanks for a great tutorial!

I’m new to Magic Loop knitting……which brand do you recommend? I usually do socks on DPN #2.

The pattern goes up to an 8 inch circumference. My foot is 8.75 inches. What do I need to do to fit my foot?

For some reason, I don’t end up with 2 Doble sts on each needle. Is there an error on the pattern? Or am I doing something wrong? (I am making the small size)

The loops on your socks are so much bigger than mine 😅 I knit way too tight and it makes small projects harder

Whete is the actual written pattern because I don't know how far is considered "toe"

I think you need to be more clear that those purl bumps need to be to THE BACK. Saying they need to be up makes it seem like you’re going to knit into those purl bumps. KNIT side needs to be FACING you, purl bumps go to the BACK as you knit off the needles. Up vs down was confusing to me.
