But I added more time to cooking, and a few other twists. when you microwave it, it is very important to do the 45 seconds + 45 + 45 + 45, and then do 1 minute. That ensures it is not exploding, and that it is well cooked. Put it in the “freezer” not fridge until it is completely cooled, because it’s not healthy to eat warm cream cheese. While it’s chilling, I made a strawberry purée with frozen strawberry’s, and sugar. ( you can use normal strawberry’s, or just another fruit.) then I topped it off with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh strawberry. This was absolutely delicious, and I definitely recommend you trying it!
