I did it, it's absolutely delicious, though of course I overdid it. The problem is I'm not sure about the Wattage of my microwave but usually things take double time to bake in it. So I think I should have stopped at the 8-th minute, but since I have little kids, I wanted to be on the sure side, so I did it for 10. And that's definitely too much. I think 8 will be enough on my microwave. But we're still eating it and it's fantastic. It just didn't rise that much, but as a whole I think I speak from the name of the kids as well, a great dessert. I might repeat it for the Christmas party at work, lol. Because it's really quick and easy to prepare.

Love it. I especially love not having to heat up my oven and use a lot of propane baking. Microwaves don't use that much energy and so it's much cheaper to bake and cooking them. Thank you so much for this recipe
I made this yesterday. Took 3 1/2 minutes in Microwave Oven. I substituted Stevia for white sugar (making it a Keto cake). It turned out well for my very first ever Cheesecake. My only negative is that it’s only about 1.5 inches high but still I’m happy. Thank you Gemma, you truly are a 🍀 Gem.

@sanskriti.. not really. There are many differences. The tasty recipe says to cook it at 50% the power. This seems much simpler and reliable way to do it.
You know you can make a No Bake Cheese Cake right? Not all Cheesecakes are Naked versions different people have their preferences but to me Cheesecake is Cheesecake!!

Dear Gemma, I try to make this cheesecake yesterday. I'm staying in Asian country and don't like vanilla extract. I replace it with 3 tablespoon of lemon juice. Taste awesome.
At least 2 bc that wasn’t the same cake she started with.. before she pops it out of the pan... it’s an entirely different cake in the mold. The 1st one is shorter this one is thicker taller watch at that part . Two different cakes in this video..

Oh my goodness Gemma! You are amazing!! Well I just want to thank you because Ma and I found out yesterday that Thanksgiving will be here at our house. Yes, we found out from my sister Adrienne who found out from my brother Brian! LOL you are right no one consulted us lol lol but that is fine. I will get to see my darling niece sevda. One thing about my family though is they all have very different tastes and when I was growing up starting from age 12 when my Ma work full time I did much of the cooking and often felt like a short-order cook lol. What I'm trying to say in my usual long-winded way is this fabulous cheesecake will be marvelous to serve. We have a lot of Cheesecake lovers and it will be easy for me to make along with the other desserts. I knew you could do this when I saw the little teaser that you put the other day, but this is even more lovely and delicious looking than I even imagined. And that pan is magical. Hi there, The cream which I use for all of my recipes is fresh dairy cream from cow’s milk. This cream must be kept cold, it will spoil at room temperature. The cream which will whip up well will have a fat content of 35% - 49.4%. This is what is known as double/heavy cream. This is the only cream which will work in my ice cream recipes, and is the one which works best in my cheesecakes. Manufactured alternatives, and long life creams may work for this baked cheesecake, but not for the no bake ones :)

Omg I love you so much!! I made this , texture was a bit different maybe because I used ground paneer instead of cream cheese but it was delicious! Idk what cheesecake tastes like but I liked the end result ❤️
I tried the cake Mam...it tasted nice ...but my cream cheese filling was not as thick as yours..wondering if I went wrong somewhere or it's just like that???... btwn I used d same quantity of ingredients .. Loved the recipe anyhow..it's pretty simple

I just want to say I hope you and your family are safe through the difficult times we're all facing worldwide at the moment. Here in South Africa we are under lock down for 21 days. Today was day 6.

Omg I love you so much!! I made this , texture was a bit different maybe because I used ground paneer instead of cream cheese but it was delicious! Idk what cheesecake tastes like but I liked the end result ❤️

I tried the cake Mam...it tasted nice ...but my cream cheese filling was not as thick as yours..wondering if I went wrong somewhere or it's just like that???...

@@dontfeedmeplz150 mine didn't turn out thick either, I have a 1200 watt microwave, followed the instructions to a T but it was way too giggly in the whole center, microwaved it another 1 minute, then just let it set, maybe it will be okay. can't tell yet, but I think I will resort to the oven for cheesecake. or the no bake. thank's for the tip anyway.
It’s probably because you didn’t mix it enough, try incorporating more air into the mix next time

Hi Gemma, I was wondering if its possible for you to do a cheesecake recipe with a toaster oven. I recently brought a toaster oven and cannot find any recipes that uses toaster oven to make it and without using a water bath!! Please and thank you!!

Anyone who tried this please comment and give an honest review. I don't want to waste my recipes here, I still have my doubt on this. I've tried the mug cakes before and it came out dry.
With the mug cakes you have to eyeball it in the microwave
To be honest, I tried it and IT DIDN'T WORK! When I microwaved it, it became soupy so I freezed it. 😢
I have tried the mug version and the cheesecake is eggy and not at all creamy. It’s weird, I didn’t like it.
Ms. Free Fairy I tried this and it failed terribly the cheesecake filling was only a 1/4 inch when finished cooking did not inflate at all its Tasted fairly but thin and hard

I used South Cape creamcheese and any plastic container that is microwave safe. I did it thrice now. And the result was great every time.

Good heavens woman! I am fan-girling all over you Gemma. Do you have any idea how much easier you make my life?? Many may not think of this but, here in Ontario Canada, hydro is INCREDIBLY expensive!
