If anybody is reading this, looking for an actual recipe for a cheesecake they will love and be able to do without baking .. Don't go anywhere, go ahead and do this now (keep in mind to follow the instructions on the tray size as well, because if you follow the steps closely, the crust layer will need exactly 18cm to fill it all, or it won't be enough!) IT IS AMAZING, THANK YOU!
I have made this recipe twice now in the past 2 weeks. First time I cut the recipe in half and did them in mini graham cracker shells just to test it and it was fabulous! So I did it a second time to full size. I the smallest spring form I have is an 8in one, not a 7in. So the crust spread a little thin and the cheesecake was not quite as tall as I would have liked, but it was still delicious, and a great base recipe to add other flavors like fruit or caramel. Thank you so much for sharing.
I really like this one! Once my wife and i had a happy accident with it: The molten chocolate had cooled down a little bit too much before mixing it in, unintentionally creating some chocolate flakes in the cake. These turned out to be really nice in terms of texture when eating the cake, so now we deliberately add chocolate crumbles and shavings to it to replicate the effect.
Thank you very much for this recipe. I made it the day before yesterday and left it in the overnight and all day. This is one of the most non-bake cheesecakes I have made. I didn't have white chocolate so I made it with dark chocolate, amazing 😊
Will be making this for Christmas with raspberries couli and compote on the side. Wonderful recipe and presentation - pacing was perfect. You are a great teacher. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Love this easy recipe, especially as I lost mine from old. I would like to try it with lemon juice and rind, or orange for a change. Do you think this would work or would it curdle do you know. Thank you for your recipe. Much love, Jean from Hull England
I made it yesterday and loved it! But I'm having a hard time with the white chocolate... once I add the cream cheese, it hardens really fast! Then I can't work with it. Today I did it different, I added the melted chocolat to the cream cheese and started mixing it, and it worked, but the filling still had a little bit of lumps because the chocolate harded a littee... do you have some tips? Thanks! And sorry for my English, I'm brazillian haha.
Maybe you can try to get the cream cheese to room temperature before mixing. The chocolate might have hardened because the cream cheese was still cold. Good luck and let me know if it works 😄
Your English is brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻 you have what a lot of English speakers that are native like myself have trouble grasping, and that is the grammar aspect of writing\speaking. Reading your paragraph, one can tell you certainly worked hard at it and paid attention. I am A native American with a southern draw and accent lol. And I’ll bet money that you speak to Queens English better than I do. 😂☺️☺️👍🏻👍🏻
I’m about to make this recipe for the second time, it’s delicious!! I double the crust because I prefer it but the cake itself was followed at directed. Thank you!! My husband and I ate this in two days. I don’t recommend eating like this but just once is ok.
Thank you so much for this recipe. I just found out what was in gelatin and was appalled. Threw away all my marshmallows and gelatin desserts. Can't wait to try this.
Beautiful, will have to try this sometime, finances permitting, ain't got the cake tin and handheld mixer or glass bowl.. If I manage to get them, I'm in business... Cheers love.
You don't need to put the baking paper on the bottom, there's butter already in the biscuit, just the paper, that does go round the insides of the tin .
Have to keep going back because the captions are so fast or maybe im just a bit on the slow side like this one 3:03 I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that had to go back but it's not a big deal I didn't throw my phone at the wall I only thought about it what I'm curious about is why does everyone cook them if you don't have to? My guess is that most you do have to and this is just one that you don't have to like I said I'm a bit slow dropped on my head to many times as an adult

Thank you for your support! I appreciate it❤️
Clever recipe. The Chocolate works as a stabilisator, there is no need for eggs, gelatin or maizena.
Very nice taste as well. Fantastic.

I just kept it in the refrigerator but it didn't work out.. But the taste was really good
Thank you for the gentle music and not a whole lot of chatter. :-) and I would use unsweetened cocoa powder - diabetic suggestion.
