C500 needs a higher suspension and front heavy duty fenders to install wider tires for mud it is also necessary to remove the rear toolbox to avoid bug in collisions when installing larger tires it would be great a tri-drive configuration.
As far as I know there are issues when packing things on recovery beds, so if it was made into a recovery bed, it wouldn't function as a 3-slot cargo bed. Saber could give it a regular 3-slot of course, but that would preclude the use of trailers as the hitch would be far too deep in the bed overhang. That said, 3-slot beds aren't very useful to begin with(unless we get 3-slot trailers in the future, but even then you wouldn't be able to do 3x 2-slot and 4-slot cargoes) so they could just give it a normal 2-slot. But then the truck would lose a "selling point" of a 3-slot bed, hovewer weak it is.
@@20985229147mods work fine with packing cargoes on tow beds. Just don't try to move them when a cargo is packed on them. There's nothing technically preventing Saber from doing this bed both a cargo mover and a slider. Except their corporate policy.
Kenworth T880: Give it a 2 slot bed, and increase the stats for it's tyres. Kenworth C500: It's fine, maybe increase the height a bit. Saber probably will adjust some stats on these trucks as per usual

I’ve actually really been enjoying the c500, it’s a great truck and very capable. I find it can pull almost as good as Mack m917, is much more fuel efficient as well, and excellent with the ohd one tires. Overall I find it more enjoyable than the Mack truck. IMO by far the best truck in its class, and tbh one of the most enjoyable north American trucks in the game so far. I’ve been really loving it! I think the dlc is a great addition if not for the c500 alone.
Question, how has Saber devs not fixed the issue with improper engine startup xray? Whenever you start either of these trucks they show a V8 green xray, yet when you go into photomode and fly into the engine bay they both have Inline 6 engines. Do the devs not care for a finalized product?
They mostly give all the trucks the same startup animations. Those "xrays" were never accurate. Most scouts have an animation of a straight-four - even the Hummer H2 with its V8 engines. It's hella lame but it's what it is. Always has been like that.
Yeah, They were introduced in Mudrunner, At that time they didn't bother me much but now I wish there's an option to turn those off along with that fuel tank x-ray.
The problem with the rear axles is one that will never be solved. The rear axles have no diagonal articulation. Fixing this takes time and the developers don't seem to have the time. You can see that with the KW963, which has the same problem. But the funny thing is that the Western Star 6900TS has the same suspension system and it works great.
The T880 is the most underwhelming 3-slot truck ever. RWD only, can't have crane+bed, and bed itself has such a massive overhang. Sure it can still do trailers with the custom bumper, but take that offroad and that rear overhang will be getting caught up everywhere. I just did with it what I does with the rest of my RAW trucks, I put a service bunk on it making it a repair vehicle. C500 seems pretty good but I wonder if they've made some kind of error in the torque values. When driving this thing empty (offroad gearbox) while not super often, I've had a few cases where he ran out of power and dropped high gear. But then put a load on her and a trailer behind her and it's like she'll pull to the ends of the Earth and back. It's like she's getting more power under load instead of less. I would assume Saber will be putting out a patch for that if something like that is what's going on. But while the C500 is good, this DLC is more on the expensive, by time PlayStation added tax it came to 9 something, almost $10 here in Canada. I'd say it's not worth that price. If they had something better then the T880 that could carry it's own weight, then maybe. But this DLC's really being carried by just the C500. And yeah it's a good truck, but it doesn't justify the prize on it's own.
Even though the C500 is pretty good, I'm disappointed by it because it's... kinda small. I dunno about others but I certainly expected to get the ultra heavy version or the oilfield version, which are about the size of the Twinsteer. Still it's not like the version we got is fake, smaller and more utilitarian versions of the C500 do exist so I'll be buying this truck pack either way.
It does actually seem to be a oilfield truck judging by its wheelbase and the roller on the back of the frame, just a shame it didn't get a winch bed or any actual oilfield addons
I would like to have new addons, trailers & improvements for old trucks more than new trucks but that won't sell as good as new trucks...so new trucks is all we gonna get.

@SD1ONE Yes, that's right. I always wanted to support the developers, but after two Jeep Scouts, two Land Rover Scouts and two Rezvani Scout DLCs, I found it difficult to support them. I thought to myself that every time I supported something like that, the devs would think, oh, the community wants more Scouts and the need hasn't been met yet. That's why I didn't support the Rezvani Tank DLC this time, sorry Saber. Exactly the same thing happened back then with the Wolf Pack without AWD at the beginning, or all those trucks with dead axles...how many times has the community complained that we hate that kind of thing. But Saber is apparently a bad listener
That flatbed being modelled as the recovery deck but not animated or finished... why do they release stuff like that? They could have just put a standard flatbed but instead they show off how they were going to make something cool but then gave up/couldn't get it right and released a physics frozen, half-finished embarrassment...
yeah... now I feel they want to see how people react to intial release and change it accordingly...I mean it would be a waste of resources if they put their effort on something that people don't like... still I agree... all this should be done in PTS
I don't think this dlc is attractive enough. t880 is almost useless, and c500 is not the c500 we would hope. We would hope a beefier, more versatile version maybe even a twinsteer version.
The c500 not being offered as both a monster 6x6 or 8x8 tractor is a travesty since they do exist. Also as a massive 8x8 twinsteer. Give the WS 6900 some competiton, just like IRL.
It looks like another Overkill DLC Pack, given the current map design and difficulty. This may be more suitable for the next Season If the map design becomes more difficult.
One thing I don't understand is that Snowrunner's soul is built on off-roading, and yet, for some reason, they thought it was a good idea to add trucks that don't have all wheel drive capability.
IMO, the t880 is crap. WAY too much power! Desperately needs lot less power, AWD, stiffer suspension and 49" tires. C500 is almost perfect for it's class. Only thing is needs is some roof lights, 50" tires (suspension only raised minimally to accommodate) and the standard LC 3.8 crane socket to accommodate the mods that use that (TWMs headache rack and some better mod cranes). And i think the roof rack should be removed and the supplies moved to the unique 2 tire rack making a good trade-off balance of either minicrane or supplies! Other that phenomenal truck. Albeit ive been asking for a lot newer A model version...about 60% bigger than this C500 model.
