I got paid and when I was leaving the service manager thanked me because he owed them $2000. for over a year for..wait for it...collision damage repair. Great work, looking forward to more snow recoveries!
One new enemy and three new friends. Seems like a well balanced day.
Great job out there happy to see more snow recoveries
I'm glad you were able to get both trucks back on the road and moving again. About the upset lady you just can't please everyone.
Goes to show that you can' t please every one. Norwegian trucker giving you the thumbs up 👍👍
Some people man, they bring more problems into this world that they solve. You guys are the type of solve problems for people, that lady just creates them. Keep up the good work.
I can't be the only person hoping Karen gets stuck in the snow and needs to call Casey for recovery right?
Yes. The ultimate revenge. Show her your a real a-hole by having to recover her and not charging!
and he will be right out there to help her.
We are all waiting for THE day!!!
@@Slevin_Kalevra yep, this dude would help her anyway if she was in real trouble ... a true pro.
She called to complain about you and you answered the phone. I call that karma. Really enjoyed the first real winter/snow rescues of the 2023-24 winter season. Looking forward to more of them. Thank you for sharing. Peace Out.
Stuck drains, call Mr. Rooter. Stuck truck, call Mr. LaDelle.
She need's mr Rooter
@@systeminoperative8790 Maybe that's the problem, she called Mr Rooter and did not like his bill..
That’s a serious winch! Good work boys.
I saw here an RV couple dropped their stuck trailer. Came back the next day and it was up on the road ready to go. Got to love down to earth people.
What a shame people can be so heartless and unsympathetic. Freezing cold, stuck in ice and snow yet she has the audacity to act like that. One word: Karma.
I tell them to sit in their nice warm car and pout about it I get attitude
They should have let her try to go past them and wind up in the ditch herself and then let her come and ask for help.
As an australian, the idea of calling Mr Rooter to come around and check out my plumbing is amusing 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
As an American with an understanding of your Australian context, I get a laugh, too. I still have to explain the jokes to my wife, though.
It would be quite concerning if you were a bloke and the only one home!
You would only calling him when ya pipes are fackin rooted
@@JonathanSias You want funny? Tell an aussie that you had "Jack in the Box" for lunch. 😇
I never understand why videos like these get dislikes? This is sitting at 648 dislikes as of this post.
Imagine helping people out and doing the right thing, and 648 people hated you for doing that. What a world.
So ready for this season of videos. Hopefully you have a couple new ideas to spice things up. I enjoy the snow tows no matter what.
Absolutely fantastic video! I thought I knew a bit, but I learned a lot from this video. You're a cool dude bro
That truck is a beast. Great to see a work truck doing work instead of sitting in an office parking lot.
You're a great person for offering free help to the second guy also. Good actions always come back around.
A truck that, at the end of the day, looks like it did something useful.
not much of a dodge guy but Casey you’re truck sure looks and sounds good.. but also it’s capable and useful all round a sweet rig! Happy I found your channel love the content.
If there is a law against blocking the road by accident there should be a law against yelling at people .
Casey , the guardian angel of slippy situations.
We don't need more laws.
Should of filmed the call that would of been gold😂😂😂
That snow cleat/boot thing for the tire was so cool. Never thought about it before, but it makes so much sense. Beast of a winch as well.
Lady: Stop blocking my road!!!
Casey: Stop breathing my air!!😁
I hope that lady finds herself in need of a recovery in the not too distant future. And that she sits there a long time waiting for anyone to show up...
If i pulled-up & got grief about "what took me so long" , i'd get right back into my truck & leave.
I remember the story about a guy who had his Cadilac in a ditch and a farmer with a tractor came by, stopped, reversed, got out of the tractor, got a chain out, and started to hook the chain to the Caddy. The man started yelling at the farmer that the farmer shouldn't do that to his $10,000 car. The farmer stopped and started taking up the chain while saying "Yeah, I don't want to hook my $150,000 tractor to a car." @@rythemzlatin
Would be funny I'd just keep driving karma a bitch 😂
No. I'd like the lady to get stuck, and find a tow company to give her a hefty charge for pulling her out quickly, so she can get stuck sooner again 😎
Im between ignore and triple charge. Either way shed be mad and Id be all grins
Awesome recovery as usual Casey but maybe don't put the 😡 over the truck driver's head. I kept thinking he was gonna be the enemy but turns out, he was a chilled dude, lol. Cheers man 🤘🤘
I think that was the point - for you to click on the video, but also with a surprise ending. (Not that most of us wouldn't have clicked on it regardless!)
Great video, you're a great guy helping others. Very professional the way you handled the complaint. Looks like Oregon, beautiful state and wonderful people for the most part
I call that karma lol. I love it when you said she called to complain and got you again.. You do an awesome job Casey!
Never underestimate Karmas' ability to reward you with priceless encounters, both good and bad. Like a future episode where you get to recover Karen after she slid off the road because she was too busy on the phone complaining to someone's manager and worrying about everyone else except herself and her driving🤣🇺🇲
Very nice 2 for 1. To bad there are so many people who are grouchy all the time. What a way to live.
This is why i'm glad you dealt with that karen.. if the semi driver would of said anything his job is on the line so good on you brotha for taking the heat on that one. [Keep doing amazing work]
Great job. I’ve never seen a time or place where you can always please everyone. I guess you never know when someone is just having a bad day or week but it didn’t ruin your day so you win. 😊
There's always got to be that one person who has to be mad about everything surprised she didn't call the cops
She probably did call the cops and they hung up on her 😂
And SHE could then be Charged
with Reckless Driving , &/or
Road-Rage or Aggressive Driving ( depending upon Local
Laws & Ordinances )
And Casey is the one with the video evidance!
They probably have her blocked lol
I used to have to handle those “I want to speak to the SUPERVISOR” calls as the Sergeant and Watch Commander for a large metropolitan sheriff’s department patrol division. I can assure you that a complaint like this woman’s wouldn’t be going anywhere. I’d probably fill out an initial complaint report and then just mark it “Unfounded”. Sometimes it’s nice to have these unfounded complaints on file so the next guy that gets a call from the same person knows what he’s dealing with.
Some people need to realize the world doesn’t revolve around them. Good work Casey!
Unbelievable that a half ton pickup could pull a semi up a hill.... that is plain crazy how physics works... I had a physics professor explain the physics of force times application time was the secret to getting someone out of the snow.... He used to drive a datsun pickup with (2) chains and an old tire connected in the middle (this was long before yankum ropes) ... I was 18 at the time.... Im now 68.... Glad to see that karen moved.... to bad it was in your state....
That’s a 1 ton pickup that weighs 10k pounds
That’s the way I walk on ice..with my hands in my pockets!😂
Longest avertisement for Mr. Rooter I've ever seen lol 🤣
I have to confess, I didn't think that pull was going to work but apparently the physics works out.
I didn’t think so either. Guess this is a case where experience matters.
Hey Casey- I hope you wished Karen a Merry F'ing Christmas ! 😂
😂🎉
You could invite the mad lady to help on your next recovery. Better yet ask her husband. He could probably use some peace and quiet for a few hours.
Facts
Yet she will be sweet as pie when she needs a tow and someday she will. You’re doing great work out there, high 5 from the Oregon Coast
Hey Man, keep up a great work of yours! You ARE helping people!
I really enjoy the vids. Cool drivers, Karen in the wild, and a victory gas station chicken!
Nice snow action, Casey! About the mouthy woman: she needs a night alone, stuck in her car, in the snow, in the middle of nowhere! She'll appreciate a tow truck, by then...
We’ve got a tow company here in Tennessee, also on TH-cam, that is a family business. When an upset customer wants to talk to the manager, he hands off the phone to his wife sitting next to him in the truck. It’s fun to see the Karens/Kens squirm, and yes they lie and embellish. Patience is lacking in way too many people nowadays.
😂
Six in a row ready to TOW…hard to beat a Cummins powered anything !👍🇺🇸
It's cool watching your videos, Casey! I was born and raised in Oregon. Actually, Oakridge to be exact. It's just below the Willamette Pass on highway 58. My dad and bro still live there. I joined the Navy and was stationed in Florida. Been here ever since. Funny, I see Matt's Offroad Recovery chimed in! It's cool that all the offroad recovery guys are friends! hope to do some overlanding here in the near future, and head west. Maybe our paths will cross! But not that I need yanked out of a ditch somewhere!!
Karens phone call was likely more of a delay in her day than the recovery itself. I wouldn't have left until I seen the whole thing!
