Good point about microwave radiation exposure from radar. First time I’ve read or heard someone mention it. Well done.
🙌🫡
Great liveaboard. Manageable size boat with ample storage spaces. Nice tour as always
Thanks for watching!
I'm grateful to the algorithm for randomly dropping you into my suggested videos, because even if I'll probably never own a yacht, I love your tours.
And this is one that I'd love to own, if I ever owned a yacht. It's a rare find: a boat that seems like it would be 100% safe for my cat, inside and outside (excluding the engine room). If TH-cam videos are to be believed, it seems like it's unusual for a boat below 80 feet to have bulwarks of decent height at the bow or the forward parts of the side decks. I'd probably want some sort of mesh over those lovely scuppers for extra safety - and since I'm not a boat guy, I have to ask, would that impact their functionality? I can't imagine it would, it's not like water couldn't still flow through them off the deck, but there might be some fluid mechanics I don't understand.
I really like that there is no wood on the outside deck
Exactly
Great Coastal Cruser or Great lakes tour and live aboard for the summer. Then run it down the Coast to Flordia , Mexico or Cuba for Winter.
Would need .50 BMG for Mexico.
How Beautiful
Beautiful 👍😎👍
Nice to see proper scuppers
Beautiful vessel, very nice.
Awesome boat!
absolutely stunning
What's the annual upkeep and replacement reserve budget, including docking, insurance, etc?
That’s a beautiful boat. Nice layout, ease of use, great engine room. Couldn’t cross the Atlantic as it doesn’t have enough range, but it’s got superb seaworthiness.
Nice tour
Many thanks!
Could you cross during summer via Greenland and Iceland?
@@eprn1n2 certainly feasible
Interesting , Thank You . Could work
20 l/8 knot is great - really affordable yacht.
Great job building the channel, sir!
Thank you kindly!
Nice Yacht, well designed.
That was some fancy footwork, taking a hard left, from port into the saloon.
Gorgeous dingy.
I'll have my people call your people 😉😛
😂
congrat's on 50K sub's about time
Thanks 🫡🙌
Very nice! Great visibility from helm to transom - so many don't??
fantastic trawler. one quibble with the layout of the main deck. two dining areas. no proper saloon. the table in the main saloon area should be a coffee table on a high low mechanism which can convert to dine. a live aboard couple would take 99 percent of their meals at the table in the galley. if i were to own this boat i would also put it in the yard and lower the aft bulwark in the cockpit to provide better views aft when entertaining outdoors. in the bridge i would also reallocate all the small displays to the overhead brow which would open space on the main dash for 3 displays. the engine room is extraordinarily generous. perhaps too much so. i would prefer to have more fuel on board.
Lovely 💕
I really perfect description.
Nice Dutch kraftmanship!!
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
🫡🙌
OMG What a lovely yacht!
Very nice steel boat.i play golf with the owner of a company that manufacturers a ceramic coating that bonds to steel and prevents corrosion permanently.
Perfect for this one
Ha! I call that concrete :-) It has kept many thin hulls afloat for many more decades. (Corrosion always happens on the inside)
I wouldn't trust a golf player with any of my boats. He might get a hole in one.

NASA tested and only product to get perfect score for corrosion
I don.t why but I love these dutch ships. Guess its because I was born In Holland 70 years ago. LOL
Do you have any idea about how much the shipping cost for a boat this size would be to the US east cost ?
This will be around 65 thousand dollars with Sevenstar
For me she has an industrial beauty about her on the outside whereas the inside wouldn’t look out of place in a more expensive vessel. 🙏👍
Thank you for the tour of this fine boat John. This would be the ultimate coastal explorer for distant places.
You bet! and thanks for being a member of my channel 🫡
I wanted to like it because I really like the lines but something is always off with these Dutch boats. I have seen other of these boats with a three stateroom with a mid galley layout I like better than this one but the staterooms are just weird. They don't prioritize the master stateroom over there. I mean I am paying a lot of money for this boat I want a big bed and my own head. That said the few of these I have seen for sale are reasonably priced enough to accommodate some personal improvements.
Hi,a very interesting boat.
A beautiful vessel and, as always, beautifully presented shipmate. Your videos are always logical, easy to follow and meticulous. BZ.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate it 🫡⚓️
Hübsches Boot für Rentner oder mit reiferen Yard Girs ab ca. 40/45...
Very nice after a few upgrades in the number of people it can sleep. Other than that very nice
Hello. Here is Fernando from Brazil. I have a trawler made here in wood/epoxy. She displacs 26 tons witha 15.50 mtr' LOD, 5,05 mtr beam 1,45 mtr draft. My trawler has only one of the engines shown in this video and yes, @ 1850 RPM it burns 10 liters per hour
Máximo 47.⚓🎰.
The interior looks likes a franchise American breakfast restaurant.
This boat would have no problem crossing the Atlantic from the Azores to Bermuda 1675 miles at 6 kn maybe seven. Plenty of room to add another fuel tank if you’re worried about it I’m pretty sure it’s made that trip before.
Beautiful boat! Love the boats you show!
Shame fuel tank is only 2,600L need at least 4,000L to be able to cross oceans.
👍
Yes and retrofitting larger tanks would be very expensive if not impossible
Fuel Storage tanks can be added
@@YesterdayTodayForever Not easily, the weight of fuel will be significant and needs to be taken into account, especially as it is likely you only free space will be forward or aft of the centreline.
This yacht has not been builded for ocean crossings ! It isn’t possible to cross oceans , over 2.000 miles, with this kind of yacht. Stability ar sea influences the sea-capacity of the crew. For sure, Wind conditions will change during these crossings. Good luck.
Nice costal cruiser.
It seems that it only has one HEAD! But has dining for at least 8 people!
Would be nice if the wheelhouse could be closed off, so that people in the main accommadation don't have to sit in the dark on night time passages. Lovely quality Dutch boat though.
It looks very homely inside.
You Would need an extra fuel bladder to do any ocean crossing!
how about some feet & inches, mph, gallons...
Хорош но тянет за собой
Не одну тонну воды 🎉
What is a 'french bed'…?
As a former RN man, did the French bed shiver your timbers?
😂
Shame the pilothouse isn’t separated from the lounge etc with some sort of a wall.
Wow there is the trouble to start with Steel and Aluminum huge problems. What really sedans me Is my own country UK not Making pure stainless steel anymore selling out. Sheffield steel used to be used on oil rigs because its stainless steel would not corrode in salt water sadly the steel of today rusts and comes from China which means it is not pure. Sometimes the old ways of Making steel is far better than today's version.
Just needs more fuel capacity. Damn.
Unfortunately, I'm to old for this and my wife needs a wheel chair. To bad.
The Astra book is looking great but shipping to Switzerland 40 Pounds is a lot.
No stabilizers.........
Yes that could be an issue.
As you asked the question.
Is there room for an after market stabilizing system?
the way she plies the water, she seems more to be pushing her bow through, rather than slicing. great vessel otherwise.
Remember, she is a displacement boat 🫡
@@YachtBuoy has the bow a bulb?
Tried to buy the book as suggested. Ridiculous that it costs £43 to post to Australia, more than the cost of the book itself!
That is crazy! It is a heavy book but you can also get a digital version via the link 🫡
trop cher
Dutcher as this is not possible.
"Яхта для подводного(!) плавания! - звучит весьма двусмысленно, и не вселяет уверенности в данном судне.
Ok ok... You're saying "seaman" too much. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Interesting but, I wear hearing aids and had a difficult time hearing your narration!
You could switch on subtitles on TH-cam. They are doing quite a good job.
it's a horrible cramped boat i would hate to be crawling around it
