I would say you are the real trainer + Body builder too as your explanations are very crystal clear for every positions/angles of work outs. Many people don't know how to teach others. But... You are really great 👍👌👏
I used to do workout watching victor's video n i back then I was in shape thanks to his video guidance, past 5 years gained lots of weight but lately started working out again and again going through victor's video for my guidance ❤

Sitting in my car after my work out with sore shoulder and biceps.. Thinking "what am I doing wrong". Thanks to your video I will try these form techniques. I think I will do the step forward on the last one because for some reason my legs shake like crazy when I stand like that.
Its funny at the beginning how hes explaining how to do the chest flies properly but in the back ground you see a guy performing reps too quickly and not controlled in the cables flies, just goes to show that people dont learn.

That chest is so complete...I dont think ive seen such evenly developed pecs top to bottom. Victor is my one of the best bodybuilders I have seen since Arnold.

2 questions, whats better flat bench flies or incline flies also i noticed in a lot of these videos not many people do declines are they not that important and how important are dumbbell pullovers
+joe derocco Alternate between both! They are both good for your chest. Dumbbell pullovers. Always do them in your chest routine. Underated chest exersize that will put meat on your chest. Prefered doing em last. Arnolds favorite movement and his chest was enormous ;)

How do you get a fuller chest like that? I have the neat cleave on the bottom my chest but that cut he has on the upper chest I don't have yet. Granted I've only been lifting for a month and a half. Is that from incline benches?
