I usually start with a full stack, too. Same with lats. Lats have gotten so easy than I have to increase the reps and reduce the rest time to get anything out of them.

I have to say that I’ve done an incline smith machine a few times when I find a gym that has one…. It’s freaking awesome. I’m a big fan of old school free weights but this is such a good movement. Arrange the bench and bar height, so the bar touches the chest clavicle.

I tried this chest workout today and started with the pec deck for the squeeze with slightly higher weight as my max for 4 sets and then did the other two exercises with lighter weights with focus on the stretch as you said. And wow Wesley I gotta say I never had such a pumped chest especially upper chest which is one of my weakness. I will do a chest workout like this now more often. Less is sometimes really more
Wesley I got a quick question. What do you think about creatine and hmb together. Do you think I'll see more gains with the two together or just use the monohydrate alone. I'm using 10g of creatine per day for 4 months. If I add the hmb, it would be 10g creatine and 3g hmb per day. Thanks for any advice💪

Also, don’t forget that if you stack you shoulders and joints like a powerlifter bench, you will turn the angle into a flat bench. Not wrong with it, but with a light incline setting here, do like Wesley did on the video, he protects his shoulders but not so much arch. Go after my friend. 👍
