    I just opened mine out of the box new and no pairing lights come on ever. Is there a way to force pairing instead of auto pairing.

    This doesn't tell how to reset them, as it states in the name of the video. I changed my phone and need to reset these to get them into pairing mode, correct? How do I do that?

    I have mine for two years and now I find the battery seems to lack a good charge. They seem to charge but only last an hour or so and it is inconsistent, any ideas to change the batteries seem like a horrible job...john R

    My freesport bose ear buds show as my product with serial number in bose connect app but does not show on the first page of the app when I open it. Consequently I cannot update the firm ware or change anything. Really frustrating. Sound quality is good but setup and the bose connect App sucks.

    I have these same earbuds and the left one has suddenly degraded to the point that it only lasts maybe 10 minutes max, more like 5 minutes. If I throw it back on the charger, it stops blinking in a few minutes as if its fully charged.
    Can this be repaired??

    My left bud will not pair. It won't even turn on. In the case the charging light shows its full charged but when I pull out of case (after I've pulled the right one) it gets zero sound. Any thoughts?

      Same exact here. WtF Are Bose doing??? They are really harming their brand name by giving out such an useless product.. and IT was expensive too!!! Im pissed. I have had to excange mine 3 times at the store, last time now I went for a brand new pair (had bought some slightly used referbished before ( both tries something did not work) with two different referbished pairs, so I then NOW bought a brand new one in a sealed NEW product ONLY one airbud has the ability to charge and IT does NOT conect. This is redicilous!!!!!!🤷😡😠😠😠

      @@rogeliocarlosgarzabarroso691 I now have found out that I had a battery problem from not using them for too long (They were my mom's and she didnt use them). Got to a bose shop and had it fixed. Weird if it only broke after 2 weeks, might not be my described problem.

      i was looking at your video because it said something about resetting them but after watching your video there wasn't anything in the video that shows how to reset them. I also noticed that you get a blue light when they sync up but i am unable to get that far. I only see a light on the left one not the right one, is that common?

    I have 5 battery lights on my charger and when I take them out of the charging case they don't do anything at all. I'm really pissed.

      sometimes they dont charge correctly. use a q-tip to clean the charger ports on the inside of the case and both earbuds (on the bottom)

      my exact same problem... been 3-4 hours trying to figure what to do
      1- Instruction manual is just 2 sentences thinking they have everything covered with this "miraculous product" which really isn't as simple as it seems
      2- Its 2 sentence manual fails to cover how to: turn on, turn off, turn on/off bluetooth, raise/lower volume, turn on pairing mode or what the hell the buttons on the buds do
      3- The app (step 2 of their miracle no instruction overcomplicated earbuds that even a toddler can magically get to work) doesn't work properly, have many options and gives incorrect instructions
      4- The support on their website is mediocre at best, they don't cover anything and you pretty much have to play detective googling how this device works
      5- Such a smol indie tech-corp doesn't have live chat support, just some shitty robot that doesn't give any solutions to the actual problem and instead offers you discounted products being all condescendent... MY FUCKING EARBUDS ARE NEW, THEY SHOULD BE WORKING, GET STAFF TO EXPLAIN HOW THIS OVERLY COMPLICATED DEVICE WORKS... OR ACTUALLY WRITE A FULL MANUAL/GUIDE.
      So yeah, im stuck here as well, wondering wtf to do with these expensive useless pieces of plastic

    Hi Joe, My case is fully getting charged but my earbuds are not turning on. When I place the earbuds in the case - the white LED blinks thrice and stays ON - indicating that it is fully charged. But the buds do not turn ON when i take it out of the case - neither does the blue light blink. Can you pls help here.

    When I opened it for the first time, and charged the case fully, the earbuds themselves didn’t have any charge, no matter how long I hold the power/Bluetooth button they don’t turn on. I have the app and the lights on the case show full battery and everything. What do I do??

      @@Jim26D goshdarnit looks like this has happened to at least a few folks. After 15 mins with Bose support they told me to take it in to a service centre for a replacement 🙄

      @@Joesge it will not reset. But oddly the “find my earbuds” in the app locates them but says “right” is out of range. So Bluetooth must be working to find the left.

      Go with the Samsung buds. But it doesn't always skip song when you double tap the ear bud. That is very annoying.

    I have the sports earbuds (brand new only a few days old) and 85% of the time they connect but are intermittent sound on and off every 1 or 2 seconds!!!...turning them off and reconnecting etc wont fix the problem...takes more than half and hour switching them on and off again etc and in the end I give up and go for speaker sound! any suggestions how to fix this on/off intermittent sound problem?

    Just bought these brand new. My left ear bud has very clear sound but my right ear bud has nothing. Any suggestions?

    I have these and the problem is it would connect via Bluetooth but volume keeps going all the way down and a blinking sound on the right earbud. So annoying! Ideas?🙏

    My left ear bud stopped connecting and it seems this is a common problem. How can I fix this? Bose was non responsive to the problem. Loved the original version. The newer ones are no where as good.

      @@hamzaelsawaf9345 HAHA no....and Bose was completely unhelpful. You would think they would replace a defective item at no cost since I'd had it for less than 12 months, but they wanted me to pay for the newer model.

      Mine left bud is dead. And I have been told that since the buds aren't in use for a longer duration, the left bud battery has died and even though it shows fully charged on the LEDs when put back on the case, the left one isnt alive at all. I have been told, Bose , can't repair it, but rather give you a replacement for the latest model with paying out the balance. This is pretty sad !
