    Steps to pair your device.
    1. Plug-in charger cable
    2. Open the case
    3. Wait 5 seconds
    4. Press and hold the button pairing button inside
    5. Continue to hold the button for 20-30 seconds
    6. Your device is now reset and ready to pair to a new device
    7.Get back to jamming out 🎵

But hey, I'm just writing this down so that it says something down here, because that's more professional right?) and if you're still reading along at this point you might as well sit down and grab some popcorn because this is about to trail on about how we are this premiere repair service located in Washington State North of Seattle in basically the "Armpit of the US" near Mt Baker (Mt Baker has the world record for most snowfall at 1,140 inches in a season).
    All this to basically say that we are all addicted to coffee and stay in the warehouse for ridiculously long hours in order to keep up with the demands of the youth for these two-sided head audio devices and speakers that float when you throw them in the ocean or in your bathtub to test if they actually float. On top of that, we do like it when less stuff ends up in landfills so we hoard everything on shelves with wheels so that we pollute less, it just sits in our warehouse losing molecules slowly over time degrading to become smaller and smaller.
    If you are still reading at this point you deserve an award, or a high five, or something because you must either be the most patient person on the planet, or you read blogs frequently. And if the latter is the case, then this whole thing must seem pretty short so let's keep going.
    We do some really interesting things here at JoesGE which are frequently documented in our sometimes weekly sometimes never vlogs.
    Also, if you are wondering how we keep up with the demands of the people so well, its because 90% of the people that work here are all Russian around getting things done most of the time. Yes, that was a pun, you are welcome. We hope you have a pun-filled day, because who couldn't use a few laughs?

    Just subscribed because your 2 minute video saved me probably hours of trying to figure out how to reset and pair earbuds to my phone. So easy to do, so not obvious to figure out on own.

    I have problem paring it to more than one device. Not problem with my QC35 but can't do it with my QC earbuds. Only one device allowed with the bose music app. Please help.

    Ok question what if the Orignal (black) case is lost and you were to get another (Black) Case would they Pair or would the different case not recognize the Earbuds ?

    Mine just have white light on after i try to reset no blue light it just goes off and i still cant reconnect would be great if you know how to fix this

    Thank you -plugging in the case to power supply is a crucial piece of info you provided. It just wouldn't pair otherwise. A product of this quality can do better with their instructions. Thanks, again, for the clear instructions.

    So I just got them I did this and it doesn’t work. It literally only connects when the box is closed and I don’t have any ear buds on. And when I remove one ear bud snd close the case it disconnects

    Thanks for the video, however i don't seem to be having sucess. after pressing for about 20 seconds the lights go out, but no blue lights, when i stop pressing the button, the white lights come back on.

    I got my bose qc earbud. It can connect to my tablet Samsung and my mp3 to. However when i tri to connect my bose qc earbud to the bose music app it does not connect to the upp. I have tri everything to reset my earbuds and tring to update the bose music app but some reason my bose qc earbud will not connect to the music app. Please can you help what course the problem.

      This just happened to me last night after updating the firmware it was working fine with the new firmware put them to charge woke up this morning try them on and only the right is working the left no noise anything I wonder what can be the problem I try to reset it still not working 😞

      ​@@daniellewhite4714 Hi Danielle, I tried every technical step that BOSE company informed me. They guided me through the trouble shooting resolution guide, but unfortunately nothing helped to solve the problem. Truth is that I've had change the earbuds twice (consider that I live in Argentina and we don't have a BOSE company here only a distributor!!) but finally after the third attempt (I resend the earbuds to USA 3 times!!) the Quietcomforts performed properly an well. Now I'm enjoying them almost every day!! Fortunately Bose have a great customer service and they quickly respond to my requests. I think that the malfunction you're experiencing is a problem that BOSE should take into account, apparently is more common that they think! Best regards and the best of lucks!!!

    What do you do when they refuse to go into pairing mode? I've been searching but all I can find is instructions similar to this and it's not working. I can get fast flashing blue or slow white or slow red.

    Thank you for the troubleshooting but it did not worked for me. It is going back to Bose as it has failed after an hour of use.

    Hi. I tried to connect my Bose earbuds and it still won't connect. This happened before and about a month later they started working again now after they stopped working again I tried your method and they just won't connect. Im not sure what is going on. Thanks for listening R

    Saved another life..... I had a new macbook and could I get ti to pair... could I hell... But followed you video... and all is SO paired... I can't thank you enough... They make is SOO difficult. Not intuitive at all..

    Hi , I lost my earphone case and bought the case only from used shop. But I can not pair with my earphone. I tried to reset as you taught, but only red light blinking. Is there any way to pari?

      No way to pair the case to the earbuds they locked it down.

    Tap the other earbud if you only get sound out of one I did the app setup also it was human Error the book dose not say tap the earbud

    I noticed, my left earbud has light ON but NOT right one. When I press Bluetooth button to pair my Iphone, I haven't noticed BLUE lights. It's still showing white light and also "Bose QC earbud" is not showing in Bluetooth list. Any suggestion please...
