- What’s up mates?? Joyraj here!!! Welcome to another video. Here in this video, I will completely show you a full body circuit round that you can try it at your home 🏠 or in the gym.
We will do each workout for 45 seconds and take break for 15 seconds only. There are 10 workouts in one round, and try to do for 3 rounds by taking break for 1-2 minutes in between the rounds.
