    Friends..Dont loose Hope..my dad had stroke 2 months back was in Coma for a month and after talkng now and with support trying to stand and slowly taking steps..slight movement in hand and leg....just keep ur loved ones muscle moving..follow physio exercises taught by your Doctor and Hospital and remind ur loved one all memories and good movements..

      Try earthing,go DIY a grounding mat,sheet or pillow yourself, it's simple and it's good for health and your rehab.

      @FairyEncounter 🩷 it's coming up on 5 years now. I have learned that lots that I " can't do " , I actually can do with a little tweaking of the way I do them. I'm pretty self sufficient.

      Been 5 years for mine still can't I just got my thumb to move just a tiny bit but leg a whole lot cuz I did it myself up and walking too without any devices. If I sat around waiting on a miracle I'd still be in a wheelchair so no faith comments please it is fake money making organization. That gets by on tax free income

    It is also very beneficial to stimulate the touch of the weak arm or leg, with various ways.

      i recommend stimulating the brain using light on acupuncture points while doing the exercises to create a flow of energy between the right and left brain. I can point you to protocols used in acupuncture clinics. All the best to your dad.

    Appreciate the video, I tried really hard but I couldn’t do most of the movements, my spasticity is intense it’s been 8 years and my left hand doesn’t open well at all 😞

      You can do it Alli Kaye Neale. It takes time. Give your brain some time to recognize what you're trying to make your hand do. Keep at it! Don't give up!

    Hello, i am from Indonesia.. my mom is a stroke patient, i wanna ask, is she still allowed to do this if her fingers r in pain? i mean.. her lef fingers are so sensitive after stroke, shes still able to move her hand and foot but she needs so much energy to do that..

    Believe in yourself, believe, turn your hand with a barbell in all directions, turn your head, your leg, turn everything slowly, gently, turns while standing, lying on a treatment bed, while sitting on a chair, bending, turning your hand, and with God's help, victory will come!

    I can't even hold my hand straight ibhad a stroke 2weeks agi and its clear in the video this woman has full use of herrvhands as Icant even do the simlest movement I could I wouldn't be searching for help videos like this that I cant even start to do flawed from the beginning fir me as I cant use any muscles in my left hand at all I cant even keep my hand straight when you actually have a stroke these movements are nearly 8impossible to do.
