    The strap is actually top-grain leather. I have the wayfinder edition of this specific watch.

    Keep grinding dude, the quality of ur content is up there with the six-figure subscriber gang. I get surprised every time I look at the number. Much respect.

    Not sure why you got those dislikes. Great review! In depth, but still concise. Very helpful.

    Classic field watch style? Looks like a Frankenstein watch made from spare parts of a diver, a flieger and a dress watch.

      I actually have a Rogue. Chrono pushers have a bit of resistance, but I do like it.

    I recently bought the same watch. It's my first chronograph. I have figured out how to control the stopwatch and realised that the subdial on the left represents the minutes. However, I don't understand what the subdial on the right is for. Its hand is pointing between 12 and 18 and doesn't seem to be moving. It also doesn't snap back to 0 when the stopwatch is reset. Is this normal? What does it mean?

      Sounds like you have a lemon.
      That's your "hours" sub-dial. If its not moving at all, then that sounds like its broken. On a "standard" chronograph, the hours sub-dial SHOULD be the hours for the stopwatch function but quartz chronograph movements tend to be all over the place - for some its just a 24 hour clock hand that mirrors the main dial.
      Either way, it should either reset to 12/0 when you reset the stopwatch function or mirror the time on your main dial in a 24 hour format (i.e. 22 if its 10pm etc.). Being stuck at a random hour if your stopwatch is reset is not normal.

      The sub dial on the right is a 24 hour indicator that has nothing to do with the actual stopwatch function. For example, at midnight the hand should be pointing straight up and at noon it should be pointing straight down. It’s broken if it hasn’t moved at all over several hours.

    • @JimIBobIJones
      @JimIBobIJones 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KevinHuangPhasorQuantaG It shouldn't be a 24 hour indicator, if it is its a sign of a really cheap, badly designed movement.
      Chronographs are fairly standardised and if you have a hour indicator, it should be an hour counter for your chronograph.
      Where you have simple 24 hour indicators, its a sign that your movement is a cheap bargain bin one.

      @@JimIBobIJones This watch uses a Seiko mechaquartz movement and they all come with 24 hour indicators. Besides, Vincero is a fashion watch brand. Of course they'll use a cheaper movement in their watches.

      Right subdial is a 24hr subdial.
