@@stevenbarkess7791 I was born and raised and Florida - and good. Too many dumb people driving slow in the fast lane causes 99.9% of road rage. If you want to drive slow, get in the fast lane, or better yet, get an Uber and stay off the roads.
I am certainly seeing an regression * It starts rolling on red * Once it misjudged the passing gap and just stopped. * Still a disconnect between FSD and NAV Overall love the new version its been 3 weeks and I just touched the steering for less than 3 hours. Excellent point in the cutting off. Its frustrating and makes us looks like a jerk.
That was pretty impressive. I was born and raised in Florida, and I absolutely hate the trend to having those roundabouts all over the place - this did a better job than I would have when dealing with them. Also I have no idea why the red lights are so long now - that didn't used to be the case, I'm sure some 'experts' did some study and claim it saves 0.39% of a time on the average commute, but if you get stuck in a series of red lights it can easily double your drive time. Finally I've never heard of no pick-up parking - I assume it means you can't park to pick someone up. Maybe I misunderstood.
My Chuck Cook Unprotected Left on v13.2.2, the first day I owned Lifetime (Christmas gift from wife), was an attempt to use a non-existent suicide lane to go left on a highway. It tried to compensate by trying to squeeze between the inner lanes of both sides. Terrifying!
Two weeks ago, I brought my Tesla MYLRRWD 2025 down during the socal fires with this version installed from NorCal bayarea. I drove most of the way via FSD. It was awesome but you need to keep eyes open or it will beep you out. Plus your eyes should be looking forward to glancing at center console to see your eyes with glasses for blue flashing warning bar. Yikes 😂 it got me a few times. That BigBro is watching. FSD worked in LA traffic hustle jams when a car tries to hustle into lane it practically almost brakes with car in blind spot. I allowed car to handle it. It was impressive. It was a one time experience so far. I’m not quite sure about drifting into lane vehicles. I’m not quite trusting in that yet. Whew!
I'm due west of where you were (I'm south of Tampa) so welcome to FL! I've seen some oddball things in v13 like you saw with your UPL: like it nails the difficult stuff but sometimes just has a brain fart. I had to disengage when v13 (in my 2024 M3P) tried to take the left side of the road at an island which is an oncoming lane. Had to jerk the wheel to stop that. Funny thing is, it never messed that up before and it's such a simple maneuver. I didn't see the car in your lane go by on your display in your UPL so maybe... there are a couple bugs in v13?
CyberCab must have self cleaning cameras. It’s not a case of “maybe” no use having the highest res cameras if clogged with whatever. (Excluding chewing gum) And who knows, in fifteen years or so if caught in an older Tesla, your Optimus will drive you anyway and it can get out to clean the cameras if needed.
For argument sake say you never take over for FSD. How many miles do you think FSD V13 could go before a collision occurs.... 1k, 10k, 50k, 100k? What's your best guess if you had to throw out a number?
I have to wonder if you have a camera calibration issue or something like that. FSD v13 has been absolutely amazing on my CT. I'm gradually letting it drive in more complicated environments and I've impressed each time. Your v13 drive videos have been puzzling because it seems like mine drives significantly better. However that could be due to differences in our driving environments and not FSD.
Your custom model is really cool but should we be concerned that your "dirt" looks so much like blood-splatter? 🤔 8:22: It's hilarious to me when people leave voice comments as if they're talking to the car instead of to the FSD dev team ;p 16:10: These really are bizarre intersections.
If you think stuart is crazy, try miami - it's insane down there, been driving my model 3 performance and just got the cybertruck, I routinely drive to miami for my job, and you have to drive differently when you are down there, if you aren't driving aggressively you will get in an accident (defensively doesnt work down there, have to treat it like a racetrack pretty much)....
@@DirtyTeslaI was taking to someone on the FSD team on twitter and they said that they use a general model for all of the vehicles but it needs to be adjusted per vehicle type. I am taking this to mean that there is actually a different model for each vehicle that are all based on a general model. Just a theory but it would explain the small differences and nuances between the cars and how they preform.

As a 34 year Floridian I’m not surprised FSD struggled, driving here is the worst.
I’ve from the uk and driven around the world and driving in Florida literally scared me 😂 Speed signs don’t seem to mean anything 🏎️🏎️

That situtation with the roundabout and a passing train is some serious pressure testing of FSD. Thanks for the video!

In most places you aren't allowed to park (at the entrance), meaning you can't shutoff the engine and leave the vehicle unattended.
FSD feels 10x better if you are in an unfamiliar place than in your local area.
Yeah, I always get confused when I'm going someplace new and FSD is always right.
I think its funny that he notices the model x plaid and not the lime green urus😂
All the gas cars are kinda the same thing 😂
Great video Chris!

We love Stuart, but that roundabout is nuts 😂 I’ve been confused at times.
The tesla rep who was demoing FSD on the Model Y literally called Hurry Mode “New York Driver” mode (I’m in Manhattan)
I’ve been to spritz city bistro and it was so good! Enjoy Stuart

Using Delete Me as a sponsor for FSD is bold as bro haha 😄
Definitely don't want to put that bumper-sticker on your car ;p
@@catbert7 confidence in the system must be going up good news 😆
So how does Tesla fix the location of where FSD could use improvement? Im wondering if when the user disengages it.
are you gonna get the model y juniper?
Def just asked the same thing 😅
if a cybercab did 8:15 it would be ran off the road without a doubt those drivers are insane sometimes
Is it just me, or is the cybertruck moving on the screen? lol
it is, probably to not to cause a burn in on a screen(it happens on certain types of displays when a static image is on a display is for too long)

beautiful houses and aesthetics here and there
Are you going to buy the model y juniper and sell your legacy model y?
Maybe, but I think I will wait for Ai5. Our Y is a 2023 so no rush to trade

Correct
Move to Florida now your handle changes to CleanTesla what the heck man?
Wow those streets are crazy.
Too many critical disengagements/interventions still :/
Great video, as always❤. P.s. you getting the new model Y?
mmmm maybe, but probably not in US until May or something and I think I'd rather wait for Ai5
Stuart is Bluegabe's area. If you like hunting or fishing, you should hook up with him while there.
Damn still getting stuck :(
You cant trust people to put a custom model on a screen as a car😂
What they do in the privacy of their own car is between them and god ;p
@@catbert7 theoretically you can put a 3d model of a plane, that would be cool

Maybe 10k? Hard to say. All highways ofc it would be far more. All tight downtown like this far less
A "Fast Take Off" mode needs to be added to Hurry Mode. After the old double stop sign, that's my biggest gripe.
Sounds to me like what the cyber truck is using shouldn't actually be called version 13

Did I spy a Power BI report at the end there?!
FSD 13 is not the same for the CT compared to the Y. It will take time until it catches up. Every model is different.
I prefer model Y videos

Yes
I love the custom writing and dirt in the Cybertruck model. Great stuff.
how was that made possible btw?
@@hutpfff1366I believe it is a feature of the new Cybertruck update.
Why is Model 2/Y FSD 13 better than CyberTruck? More video clips to be trained on IMO.
Yeah guessing it just has to do with the number of 3/Y miles and video footage vs Cybertruck
