    Still one of my favorite walking videos, I do this at least once a week. This and day 6 of 7 day challenge from this new years are my go to, there both about 20 min and perfect for quick walk before work.

    Hi Rachel, great Vid! I just stumbled upon your videos today, nice work! I am 62 and walk on the treadmill at the gym I go to about 3 times a week. I usually always walk at 4.4 mph for 2 miles with my arms folded in front of me. I have never seen anyone walk that way, is that normal or am I kind of weird? I never unfold my arms till I reach 5 mph, because it's easier to walk fast with your arms swinging at your sides with a 45 degree bend. I was wondering if you could do a video walking on the treadmill with your arms folded sometime? I think that would be great! Tracy
