Came across IWT a few years ago. Need to get back to it. One of the videos/studies I saw said that you needed 50 minutes per week of the fast 3 minute segments for maximum benefits. Any more than 50 minutes of the fast walking per week showed no additional benefits. Appreciate the lessons on the correct ways to increase your fast walking style.
Thanks. We looked at the same study. It is one of the one's I quoted. The written part that I included mentioned that the improvement occurred up with fast walking up to 50 minutes per week, then plateaued.
Excellent explanation about how to walk for cardio exercises...tried today morning for 45 minutes doing only first two forms which doctor recommende...must try by everyone.Thanks doctor
