Haven't done this one for awhile. Whew.....no 11 or 12 on my treadmill but I stayed at 10 for all ques up to 12 and back!!! So proud I didn't quit. Kicked my ass.😉 Walking for another 15 minutes to cool down. Thanks Rachel. I love starting my day with you!🎉😊😊
Just did it. So happy i challenged myself. Stopped half way on your video to take it down to catch my breath then went ahead and continued. This is my time!🎉

Hi Rachel, I usually do your treadmill running/jogging workouts but today I thought I’d “take it easy” and do a walking one. Boy was I wrong! This one really kicked my butt! 😊 😂 thanks it was great!
My incline only goes to 10. So I was at 10 for a long time. 😅 1.5 miles. Legs felt beat up from the last two days of running. Decided to take it easy today. Still a great workout.
2Day's workout.😁🤸💖💃💃 Update: actually did 2day with weighed vest..well, idk how Rachel does it but I was sssooo happy my treadmil only went up 2 10 b'cuz I almost fell off trying 2 keep up!🤣 BUT, afterwards my legs felt wonderful..👏👏😁😁🤸♀️🤸♀️💖💃💃👍
First, thank you for all the great videos! You mentioned in this video that you used to coach rowing. Since I alternate days with the treadmill and rowing machine, I was wondering if you have any videos of rowing workouts? I would love to follow them for my rowing days!
That was a long 5 minutes for those of us with treadmills that only go to a ten incline haha. Love the walking videos!
