Thank you, Coach Rachael for this wonderful workout. I’m about eight months late, but I found this and I decided to do it. I have felt so good all week. I am a 58 year-old pretty healthy woman. I’m on the treadmill an hour every day for many years, But I have been keeping it lower paste lower intensity. I felt like it. It’s time to ramp things up a little, and I have had so much energy this week. Surprised that this wasn’t more difficult for me. I am going to search for another challenge in your playlist and do that next.thank you so much

Thanks for such a great challenge. Loved it and want to see more! My only suggestion is to put the workouts up earlier. My run time is at 4:30-5:00 am so I really appreciated today’s workout up early!🥇🥇🥇

I’m not a new follower. Been at your workouts over a year. I modified todays to only walk between blocks. Took my high runs to 7.5mph. During walk breaks did 5mph. Managed a 10 min/mile and almost 4 miles total. LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS! 🥇
I finished, but my breaker would not allow me to be great. Picture this! Bonus round, I jumped from a speed of 5.5 to 7.5, I can do this...this is the final minute. I'm running so hard, heart rate 180... count down 5..4..3.. Breaker shuts off. Damnit!!! ..I still feel great though. I just would have felt better if i actually finished. Amazing Workout! Workout 7 was by far my favorite. As I usually shy away from the 40 min workouts. Thank you for the challenge.🥇🥇
Just started exercising after having a baby. Thanks for your encouragement! I was so shocked to see today is a 40 min run! Thanks for encouraging me to finish it! I sweat so much but I love it and proud of myself not quitting

All glory to GOD because of you and this challenge I’m not looking back !!!! My favorite part was Day 1 because I realized this one was different!! 🏅
