Looking at Manoa’s back you can see a huge difference. It doesn’t fold at all near his hips. And his face is definitely skinnier. As for Will, I can see considerably less shaking going on as you’re posing, and you live got great definition coming back! Great job both of you!! Now I need to fine a workout buddy 😅

Love your videos! Can you make a tutorial of a Harry Potter spell effect? I know that you haven’t done eny Harry Potter vids, but I want to learn how to do it in After Effects, and I think your tutorial videos are the best tutorials I have seen, and I have learned so much from your vids.

Congratulations on your weight loss, but I am not surprised at all with your results. Probably the first seven pounds that you lost was muscle and liver glycogen and its attached water that will come right back (plus a little more) if/when you stop the keto diet. The second component of weight loss to consider is systemic inflammation, which is probably better to lose than simply body fat. Most men lose weight top down and bottom up, with the belly being the last to lose subcutaneous fat. Looser pants are great, but you may actually be getting healthier with looser shoes. You can check out edema and do the fingernail poke test in order to see if your feet are still holding excess water. Wringing out this water weight is actually much better for your blood pressure and heart health. You may not be able to really appreciate this difference until your next blood test by comparing your CRP test result.
Secondly, cheese actually is an acceptable keto food, but it should be a hard cheese and perhaps limited to four ounces a day. However, it is a trigger food for some or may have other digestive, etc. issues for others, so completely eliminating it is indeed a good idea, at least for a while. After two months without any cheese, you may wish to add some back in gradually to gauge your reaction (food intolerance.)
Thirdly, if you haven't been tracking body fat level or body fat percentage, you might wish to start. Over the last month you have indeed lost body fat. However, if you have also just started this lifting regimen, you have likely also added some muscle inflammation. I've seen many men start keto and start lifting at the same time, and they hit a plateau and get discouraged. This is the primary reason I think you need to take some measurements as well.
    Good job. Keep it up.
