I found your TH-cam when you three did 24hrs of Hell. Spent the last week watching every one of your videos from the beginning! Your Dad and Mom need to write a book on how to raise Great Kids! little tip. you grind the head off the rivet and use air hammer chisel to hammer out the stud
It might of been easier to cut the frame in the center to shorten it. I've done that before. Either way I love your work ethic and keep up the entertainment. Thanks

VW 5.0 V-10 TDI, Any 5 or 6 cylinder turbodiesel from Mercedes (have you seen the crazy hp numbers people are getting from the OM0606), Vortec 8100, Ford 6.8 V10, BMW 6.0 V12, Mercedes V12, ford 3.2 powerstroke I-5 diesel.

I booked a place to stay when I learned of the Off Road games this year. I had gone to the Washington County Fair last summer for the purpose of the demolition derby. I was not disappointed. When FabRats pullled out the games in March, I all but decided not to go, even though MORR is awesome. Now that yous guys are there, I’m back in!! Cannot wait!! Meanwhile, I’ll be here ROFLing my butt off!!

HEY, WITH ALL THAT NEW CONCRETE YOU SHOULD SNAP A 6” ON CENTER PERFECTLY SQUARE GRID ON THE FLOOR WITH CONCRETE DYE AND SPRAY CAN CLEAR OVER IT FOR QUICK LAYOUTS. Make it 10’x20’ and you would have a great quick reference on tap all the time.

where the bed meets the back of the cab. you should put storage boxes for chains, snatch blocks, ect on one side, and a box with slide out drawers for tools on the other side, or possibly a generator on one side and welder on the other for trail fixs.

Love this build! You guys should tie in the halo bar or whatever you come up with for that, into tube running down to the bumper/fender along the body lines. Could tie that into whatever you come up with for rock sliders too. Sort of exocage style. If you do you have to give me a shout out! :D

I’m in the process of turning a can am defender into a tow truck. You guys are doing an amazing job. By far my favorite to watch on TH-cam. Keep up the good work.
do a exo cage, to tie headache rack into fenders and front bumper, put tool boxes behind the cab under the bed with rock sliders to protect them. I would mount the tire vertically on the top side of the bed, or mount it on the back side of the boom, so when you raise the boom the tire goes up as well.
Have you thought of bringing the headache rack right over the cab as an exo roll cage and connect it to the chassis at the front. A cross brace above the windshield would allow you to carry the spare, mount a light bar and visor! 🤔
The frame rivets I found what was super easy is a flap disc and a air hammer just flatten one side and just air hammer it out takes about a minute to do

You are so doing that the hard way, center punch the rivit, drill it 1/2" deep with a 3/16 bit, then go back with a 5/16 bit same depth, a couple of wacks with a chisel to remove the head, use a 5/16 pin punch to knock out the rivit, easy peasy, no torch damage to anything. : )

Everything someone sits in the cab they will be comfortable now.
Frame, headache rack and roll bars should be air tight and all linked together as a whole to become an air tank.
The bed needs to have the fold down sides to complete the look. hahaha

I'd put a winch on each side to do side pulling or whatever you need. Make your tool box's that go down in the floor but not below the Frame rail that way there out of the way and don't have to worry about hanging them up on something. I'd put a winch in the middle of the bed but under it so it will come straight out of the bumper or something like that. Wirh that being said then you will be able to pull from anyway you have to. Just a Lil Food for thought and will probably help you in the long run
When y’all were jumping on the rear and thought it was bottoming, that lil arm is actually there to catch the helper spring when it’s loaded. Pretty pro since ya flipped the springs but flipped the axle as well, it’s hitting in the same spot like designed from factory

When the boom is down, let it act as the bumper. . so the bumper is part of the boom. saves from having to reach the boom out past the bumper. and brings the weight closer to the rear tires..

Do an exo roll cage that attaches to the front bumper. That would be plenty strong for the boom.
I can't get over the Kidney Grills on this Mini Truck - IT NEEDS A BMW BADGE! Even has the perfect circular badge mount ready for it. Bonus is that you won't need indicators.

Great project. Y'all are going to love the visibility from the drivers seat on the trail.
The overload springs need stops to ride against when it is loaded, with enough clearance to give a smooth ride when not loaded. Take measurements from a Ford that you haven't worked on yet as a good starting point.

I'd use zip ties or string and tie the bottoms to one another of the vinyl signs or canvas or whatever with the company names and/or sponsors , so fans or wind don't blow them around if possible
New fan likes your channel. It is entertaining, and the brother bashing is great. I bought my first dodge in 94 yep the new body style. I bought a 99 ford with the 7.3 diesel single cab from an auction 5 months ago and a fird 60 diesel 3 months ago, so I have come to appreciate Ford again. I still drive the dodge though. 👍
