USGS has coastal cliff erosion maps showing potential future erosion in various areas along the coast. Would assume any necessary insurance or lack of would indicate potential risk. Or at this price point wouldn't matter could just move elsewhere if later were issues.
It should. @ 2:10 you can already see what’s washed or collapsed away. In fact the house for sale has less land than either neighbour and requires a retaining wall to support the outdoor deck. I wouldn’t be touching this property.

I find this type of chopped up house tour property sales videos useless. There is no plan of the house and no way to understand the layout like this. You can just as well post five pics of random spots in the house. It would actually be a lot better than having to stop the video all the time to catch a glimpse longer than half a second before the next erratic cut.

I have driven by this area. and honestly--- very disappointing area overall. Dry, dull, yeah big sized houses but ugly place really. Don't fall for these false images and concepts.
