$6 million is pretty reasonable for what you're getting. Obviously the house isn't worth that but there's a ton of land that comes with it, not to mention it's only a 35-minute drive from Pearson. If you tried to get a house half this size in the city you'd be paying at least double

This estate is expensive because of course the house is good but the land is big AF! The backyard is hell a big!
