The walkway, entrance with that breathtaking chandelier, the kitchen, movie theatre and the access to the private beach with the cabanas had me at hello with this property.
I have heard so many people say California is overrated. I don't think so. California is absolutely beautiful! It almost looks fake it's so beautiful. I have never been there, and I hope to go soon. Enes, you find the most stunning properties. This home is just wow! You will wake up every morning with a smile in this home. A slice of heaven right there.
Something special. This property is definitely stunning. What's even more stunning is that upgraded rendering of what this house could look like to bring it out of the 90's. One's ability to change certain features with wood and different stone elements is truly imaginative and allows versatility. What more can you say about that view from the master bedroom suite? The walkway and driveway, foyer, chefs kitchen, game area with the pool table, wrap around balconies with the closed stairs to the terrace, the grounds, tennis court are all amazing.

As a viewer since day one (or so), it is so nice to watch not only the top drawer work that you and your crew are insistently overachieving each and every review, but also see the evolution of the channel (houses and estates shown, portfolio variety and crew interactions/experiences). You are sure to be on the right track with those "Oscar material" videos!
You somehow keep finding these insane properties! One of my favorite overall layouts I've seen you tour! From the design to the grounds. So many moments throughout that massive property. Love all the access roads and walk ways. The property creates adventures lol. That lower tier relaxing space is so peaceful. And those views. Just a dream of a property!
Nice home but for me that own a black dog and a orange tabby cat, white will not mix with that. It's to much white for me and a lot of glass in the house.
So cool! at the 10 minute mark the lady mentions it was built in the 90s... but before she said that I kept thinking to myself: "man I love the vibe of this house, this totally gives off the 90s medium budget movie set in Malibu where the rich fun-loving character owns a house in Malibu, where he owns a red Porsche and lots of blond and dark haired ladies visit the estate... maybe something called "Freddy's Fresh & Fabulous Malibu Escapades" ... love who it has kept its very private, beach-front open 90s vibe and has been modernized with some nice and sleek amenities... Chef's kitchen is amazing... and LOVE the retro screening room!
You keep introducing more and more luxury homes. You see one home and you think it’s the best you ever seen, until you come with something knew again. Your channel never gets boring.

Not a fan of this house. I feel like there's a disconnection because of the smooth flow of the curved lines that abruptly collide with sharp angles within the same rooms. And it looks like they skimped out on certain decorative features in comparison to others like the glass shelves dotted all around. While they may be expensive, to me they look cheap & out of place. And the chef's kitchen is something else entirely. What a mish-mash of design ideas. The house is definitely showing its age.
I have to say that this is the first property you have toured that I truly like and admire ...It has the full essence of paradise written on it.. Good job....Amazing work you do👍👍

This house is amazing! Enes, we want to see some BLOOPER videos! It would go viral. Maybe Mikey catches you turning a corner slamming into a wall, an accidental word mess up, or you backing up too far falling into a pool or tripping on a rug, getting stuck in an elevator. Has this ever happened? It would be HILARIOUS i'm sure.
This should be everyone's dream home, with all the facilities and an invincible sea view! I love the built in ice cream maker for delicious ice cream anytime! It's cool to be able to drive straight to the beach, I'll look forward to meeting Hollywood stars there and becoming friends ever since! The whole estate is like a park, and you can play tennis in it, which is great! The magnificent chandelier is more beautiful at night, and with the glass staircase, it really looks like the lobby of a luxury cruise ship! There is no such thing as a private beach in California. The California Coastal Commission and Superior Court have upheld the right of ANYONE to access and use any beach at any time they want. It looks like this house brings some of the sand further up the hill but not on the actual beach, which is a great idea to get a bit of private beach feeling area.
@@marioh5172 Access via "public land;" if the beach is nestled in a cove with no access from an adjacent public beach or public cliff side access and you own the land or the land or it is a part of a gated community it's a private beach. If you accessed it from the sea you would be trespassing.

What a great piece of architecture. There are so many wonderful details that it is a pure joy to watch this tour. But I must confess that for me the glass railings of the staircase (looks like a mix of Art Nouveau and historical Roman and Greek elements?) in the entrance area are the absolute eye-catcher, closely followed by the chefs kitchen, which is just a chef's paradise. Thank you Enes and team for showing us this marvelous mansion.

What you didn't mention is that the small road going down to the beach and the beach area is shared with at least one next door neighbor. So its not just your private beach.

We are big fans but once in a while it would be nice to hear you say something different than. “I just love this feature.” You can’t possilbly love everything about every house you tour. Enes............I have to agree with you........that small hidden alcove is my favorite feature of the property. I think that is the best place to sit and look out over the ocean. Also, the grounds are really outstanding. The advantages of a mature landscape with good maintenance. Great tour as always.
As a European, very often I don't like American houses because they are cold with no soul but this one is amazing and very classy. From outside, it looks like a yacht. From inside, it has human proportion.
I love that commercial kitchen. So many of these homes are focused in integrating a kitchen based on cosmetics vs. functionality. This was a highly-functional kitchen. I'm with Mickey though - that integrated ice cream machine may be too dangerous in my hands.... I also think it was a brilliant idea to make available various design variation renderings and material recommendations for someone that purchases the property to tailer it to their own personality and desires. I think existing homes often get overlooked for new, custom builds so buyers can get what they want as they can't envision large-scale changes to an existing home or the related cost. The key is if the existing home has the core structure/infrastructure to support the changes.
It’s just so perfectly out of time though, that it kinda feels like a shame to change it so drastically. I’d like to see it updated in a way that still respects the art deco/nouveau inspiration the first architect and designer were inspired by. Like, the 90’s might be out, but deco is timeless.
Has a claustrophobic feel, hodgepodge of finishes, beach access cool, the fact it was build in the 90's explains a lot. Probably better to tear down than to update it. Probably worth 15 million instead of the 75 million they are asking.
This is an amazing property, and truth be told, I love the childrens' play area. If I owned this property, you would definitely find my in the treehouse a lot of the time.
As beautiful as it is, I notice that with the glass frontal design, it gives off a store/hotel vibe rather than a home. Beautiful landscape design as well.
I’d go with semi-private beach since everyone in the comments is arguing over the terminology. Anyway, that was a pretty cool home, and the full-scale commercial kitchen came as a real surprise! Normally we see chef’s kitchens as a separate area off the “regular” kitchen but this is one for the pros! Kudos to you for yet another fantastic, engaging tour!
Really Enes got the touch…everything is just amazing in the place but when Enes is describing in his own oh well everything get BETTER 🎉🎉🎉I love the place too!
for me the entire house was boring and wasn't pleasing at all with the white and black contrast but THAT kitchen- holy shit! incredible ! i was shook af at the entire room and all the appliances they got. i want that kitchen T_T i loved the other version of the house with wooden facades so much! it fits the beach and nature a lot
Just a bit of feedback that I'm sure some will agree with, some won't. I do not enjoy hearing from the agents and developers. I skip those portions of the video entirely, each and every time. In my opinion, those segments detract from the general vibe of your otherwise outstanding presentations. Your videos where it is just you and your crew get 100% watch-time from me. The others... not so much.
Even those who can afford the initial purchase cost might hesitate over the maintenance staff costs. The gardeners alone would eat up a lot of your retirement fund. 😎

I could not agree more. It's an odd, dated and cheap looking structure. It reminds me of mini-mall in West LA from the late 80's.

We are big fans but once in a while it would be nice to hear you say something different than. “I just love this feature.” You can’t possilbly love everything about every house you tour. I know this sounds critical but we actually love your videos and would like to hear more about your honest oppinions. Other than this, absolutely love your work.

Enes............I have to agree with you........that small hidden alcove is my favorite feature of the property. I think that is the best place to sit and look out over the ocean. Also, the grounds are really outstanding. The advantages of a mature landscape with good maintenance. Great tour as always.
As a European, very often I don't like American houses because they are cold with no soul but this one is amazing and very classy. From outside, it looks like a yacht. From inside, it has human proportion.

besides the scary statues and the weird bath, this property is incredible, truly amazing
I love that commercial kitchen. So many of these homes are focused in integrating a kitchen based on cosmetics vs. functionality. This was a highly-functional kitchen. I'm with Mickey though - that integrated ice cream machine may be too dangerous in my hands.... I also think it was a brilliant idea to make available various design variation renderings and material recommendations for someone that purchases the property to tailer it to their own personality and desires. I think existing homes often get overlooked for new, custom builds so buyers can get what they want as they can't envision large-scale changes to an existing home or the related cost. The key is if the existing home has the core structure/infrastructure to support the changes.
It would have been very interesting to hear what the projected costs of those changes were.
It’s just so perfectly out of time though, that it kinda feels like a shame to change it so drastically. I’d like to see it updated in a way that still respects the art deco/nouveau inspiration the first architect and designer were inspired by. Like, the 90’s might be out, but deco is timeless.

Has a claustrophobic feel, hodgepodge of finishes, beach access cool, the fact it was build in the 90's explains a lot. Probably better to tear down than to update it. Probably worth 15 million instead of the 75 million they are asking.

This is an amazing property, and truth be told, I love the childrens' play area. If I owned this property, you would definitely find my in the treehouse a lot of the time.

As beautiful as it is, I notice that with the glass frontal design, it gives off a store/hotel vibe rather than a home. Beautiful landscape design as well.

I’d go with semi-private beach since everyone in the comments is arguing over the terminology. Anyway, that was a pretty cool home, and the full-scale commercial kitchen came as a real surprise! Normally we see chef’s kitchens as a separate area off the “regular” kitchen but this is one for the pros! Kudos to you for yet another fantastic, engaging tour!

for me the entire house was boring and wasn't pleasing at all with the white and black contrast but THAT kitchen- holy shit! incredible ! i was shook af at the entire room and all the appliances they got. i want that kitchen T_T i loved the other version of the house with wooden facades so much! it fits the beach and nature a lot

Breathtaking views. I loved the outdoor space 1/2 down to the beach. That is my favorite part of this home.
Just a bit of feedback that I'm sure some will agree with, some won't. I do not enjoy hearing from the agents and developers. I skip those portions of the video entirely, each and every time. In my opinion, those segments detract from the general vibe of your otherwise outstanding presentations. Your videos where it is just you and your crew get 100% watch-time from me. The others... not so much.
