My goodness, thank you! Your videos are Awesome--your manner of instruction, while demonstrating each movement with concise details is educational and very helpful to know how to do each movement correct. These rotator exercises are great--just what I need.

Great demonstrations - i really like how you actually SHOW us how NOT to perform the exercise so we don't do it incorrectly - because its easier to understand by actually seeing than trying to interpret verbally (if that makes sense). You also speak clearly and get straight to the point. Keep up the great content.

Hi Jared, your videos are very helpful. How often should the rotator cuff exercises be performed (e.g. everyday, 3 times per week, etc.)?

The resistance bands are available in a variety of ratings. As a beginner with shoulder pain, what is the resistance band rating ( in lbs or Kg) that should be selected for the internal and external rotation exercises.

I think this relieved my tendonitis in the long head of my bicep. I hope this is the fix for my problem. Ive had this problem for months, stopped working out because of it, doing push-ups, benchpress, tricep pulldown. Caused shoulder pain, later found out that my bicep tendon feels inflated everytime started back with push ups. Everything is falling into place now, because of my unstable shoulder joint my bicep tendon was being impinged(I suppose). After doing the external rotation exercise the tendon felt relieved immediately.

@@toneandtighten I do have a question, after a while of doing the external rotator exercise (I do it with a resistance band) The burning sesation of my external rotator muscle has decreased but instead some random other muscle in the front of my shoulder started burning, I was thinking the internal rotator but that doesnt make sense whatsoever. Any idea?

When doing the outer exercise with bands should they cause pain? Or should I stop and just do the stretches? What is the best way forward please?
