What kind of printer do you use? I imagine this is special ink and printer? I’m sorry if this is a dumb question.
Not a dumb question. 😉 This is a regular Epson ET-2800 printer. Brand new, i converted it into a sublimation printer with Sublimation inks. I do have a video on how i did that. If you'd like to check it out. It's a few down 💖

I think I am taping too tight? The top and bottom edges looks burned in some areas. Help! And also I don't use butcher paper. Do you think I need something to protect the image using that?

Do you have a video that goes into details about how to print and get the printer to print tbe sizes you put in. I put in 9.3 x 8.2 but when it actually prints out, it’s less than that, therefore not fitting my Tumblr. I’m completely stomped on how to fix this.

Can you print and design on the cricut? I have been using SawGrass but now that they did the new update wanted to switch to the converted ET2800
No, it's for the cricut cutters. Look at Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL) it's what I use with my sawgrass so you can bypass their printer program. I print directly from SCAL

This may be a silly question, but I have the Epson 2800 serious that I converted to sublimation printing. I do not have all those option for printing is that just because of my printer?
Do you have a windows or mac computer? I'm using windows 11. Maybe thats why our settings are different.

Hey Lily I have been spending hours in my office trying to figure out why my prints will not transfer onto my sublimation white tumblers, I have the epson 4800 sub printer, I am using HTVRONT Sublimation Paper 8.5 x 11 Inch - 120 Sheets Easy to Transfer Sublimation Paper for T-shirts, Tumblers, Mugs (A4), I am using the BetterSub heat press and settings are as directed, I cannot get any of the tumbler wraps Ive purchased then printed, to transfer onto the tumbler, what am I doing wrong 😩
I had this issue! And my problem was the “sub tumbler “ I bought were not actually a sublimation tumbler I had wasted so much ink and paper 😢 so just double check their all sublimation. What I did was go to Michael’s and bought a sublimation mug and it worked.

You gotta use both
Can the inflated tumbler with smile face be sized down for a mug?
It might warp a little. But you can definitely try it out.
