    - 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
    - 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
    - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
    - 1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)
    - A handful of chopped nuts (optional)
    #### Instructions:
    1. *Prepare the batter:*
    - In a mixing bowl, combine semolina and spoiled milk. Mix well and let it rest for about 30 minutes. This allows the semolina to absorb the milk and soften.
