Please do not consume curdled milk unless it is curdled with lemon or vinegar. The bacteria curdled milk can be dangerous to your health. I like Sanjeev Kapoor's recipes but sorry not this one which doesn't clearly advise. Thank you. Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
As long as it's cooked, it's fine. People have been making stuff with it for centuries. I just used it to bake bread and it turned out quite well.
Where do you think people got the idea to acidify milk with lemons? The bacteria produce acid which curdles the milk naturally, its how cheese has been made for probably thousands of years before globalization allowed people in northern countries to have access to tropical ingredients like lemons.
I make Kanji. Into the whey water add pumpkin, raddish, bhindi and drumsticks. Add more water with required salt. Let it boil till the vegetables are tender. Then do the tempering with jeera, mustard, garlic and curry patta. It tastes awesome.

Does anyone knows how to fix spoiled crud that taste like spoiled milk, I didn't check that crud was spoiled and used it in food and now my food taste like wasted milk
