    today we are prepare Chicken kabab masala recipe
    Sure, here's a recipe for Chicken Kabab Masala:
    Ingredients:
    #### For the Kababs:
    - 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
    - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil for grilling
    #### For the Masala:
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 2 onions, finely chopped
    - 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    - 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    - 2 green chilies, slit
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 1/2 cup yogurt, beaten
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
    - Salt to taste
    Instructions:
    #### Preparing the Kababs:
    1. *Marinate the Chicken:*
    - In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
    - Cover and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
    2. *Grill the Chicken:*
    - Skewer the marinated chicken pieces or place them on a grill pan.
    - Brush with a little oil and grill until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. This can be done on a barbecue, in an oven, or on a stovetop grill.
    #### Preparing the Masala:
    3. *Cook the Onions:*
    - In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
    - Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
    - Add chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
    4. *Add Aromatics:*
    - Add ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies. Sauté for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.
    5. *Cook the Tomatoes:*
    - Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and oil starts to separate from the mixture.
    6. *Spice it Up:*
    - Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
    7. *Add Yogurt:*
    - Reduce the heat and add beaten yogurt, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for a few more minutes until the masala thickens.
    8. *Combine Chicken and Masala:*
    - Add the grilled chicken pieces to the masala. Mix well to coat the chicken with the masala.
    - Add garam masala powder and cook for a few more minutes to blend the flavors.
    9. *Garnish and Serve:*
    - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    - Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
