To whoever having this problem i have found this fix by myself and i thought id share it to everyone who needs help since i’m surely nobody knows of this, but all you need to do is open your controller not hard it doesnt need you to do many big things just open controller and carefully disconnect the flex cable that is connected from the light to the motherboard and connect it back and it would work

Tried all these. I can pair it to my phone but that's about it. Don't really want to invest in buying another controller 😂 I have multiple controllers thinking I can maybe take them apart and build a new Frankenstein controller
Best video on this, every other video is like all right so if the controller isn't working, use the broken controller to go to the settings, they are so stupid, you are the only smart person on the Internet as though most things thank you so much
If you are still having issues like this, shut it down from the power button. Wait for it to fully turn off. Reset controller. Unplug ps4 power cable. Hold power button down for 15 seconds. Plug ps4 power cable back in. Then turn on ps4 with ps button on the controller.
I thought the same thing until I tried plugging my controller into the wall .. do all the steps he did but when your shutting off your PS4 make sure it's totally off and not just into rest mode.
@@EdgarTheReactor46 yo i might have a solution i restarted my ps4 and removed both of my controllers on the Bluetooth devices settings before restarting it. then i was able to repair both controllers if it works for me then it might work for u

Worked for me just now! You dont have to keep the controller plugged in the whole time. I was scared at the end when u said “i never disconnected the controller by the way”, because i never had mine plugged in in the first place, but i just plugged the controller in before pressing the PS button. 😊
Have ones of your controllers (if you do ) and log in and go to settings and click devices. Then go to Bluetooth and do the Bluetooth flashing thing and after a little while it should say dualshock 4 in pairing click it and you got a new controller

Idk if u got it already but u have to restart ur remote and then turn off ur ps4 but hold down the power button until it’s completely turned off make sure the remote is still connected
Did it ever work? I had the same issue still wouldn’t work but definitely got it doing similar steps this guys saying. Plug the controller in with a usb while your PlayStation is on, reset the controller via back button, make sure it’s charged for a bit, then turn your ps4 off by the button not controller. Let it sit 15 while the controller is still plugged in turn it on. Then start the pairing by hitting Ps and share, once it’s blinking turn another controller on and go to Bluetooth settings under devices in settings. There it will show a controller(not connected) available to pair just click on it and it’ll turn right on as long as you have the controller you’re trying to pair blinking when you do it.
Ok, I went through all these videos did it all and it still wasn’t syncing then I thought it could be the USB cable... it was !! Make sure it’s a USB Data cable!! No a basic charging cable.. 😬
Idk if u got it but u have to use a cable that transfers data. Most android chargers do it. I was using a short cable that came w headphones and would not work
