    How to filter out and standout from fake low priced listings on bayut/propertyfinder when we would like to sell this unit in secondary market. Will that buyer get a payment plan in secondary market ?

      The end user demands quality and a good floor-plan. You can’t trick them. This just works in the demand supply chain.
      Additionally yes - the payment plan can be transferred.

    What are the chances of property remaining unsold for 1.1 million at launch?

      It will sell at handover. There is no property with similar quality in the area. Closest location would be Marina / JLT. A one bed of this size / quality :
      A) Does not exist.
      B) If existed price would range between 2.5 and 3.3 Million based on the view.

    I did some research regarding mortgage in UAE.
    UAE doesn't allow mortgage to fifty plus individual's. What is your opinion about this.

      The term of the mortgage can be negotiated..

      You do not need mortgage as most developers offer installments plans to ease your finances

    at 300 per night, how many nights a month are you planning it to be rented for? What is the monthly cost for the 720k mortgage?

      My monthly payment for a 720k mortgage would be around 3500 AED.

      Never go for long term contracts.
      1) Legal hassle - To evict you need to provide 12 month notice.
      2) Sale - Investors prefer vacant on transfer.
      3) Build your ROI - better your service better ROI’s on AirBNB . Sell your product like a business model.
      4. Property management: We can physically take better care of the property.
      5. Dubai : Dubai has a tourist model with population pouring in - Take advantage of the wave.
