When I visited there I never had the urge to say a single cuss word. I didn’t know the laws but one doesn’t feel like doing those things when visiting because it’s such a welcoming and cohesively peaceful atmosphere for the most part.

It's so hard to find the boundary since the information is a little blurry. I've asked Instagram travelers and local people. They said it's fine, and they wore whatever they wanted. Danya depends what you consider safe. You can get jailed for just about anything in Dubai. As a woman if you get raped, you will end up in jail and not your attacker. This has happened multiple times in Dubai and many other Islamic countries.
