Answering "What Are Your Greatest Strengths Question" is a must for every interview. You actual answer should be to "Are your strengths useful for this job and for the needs of this company?" question. Did these SAMPLE ANSWERS help you formulate your own response?

Thank you so much for posting so many great videos! I had an interview today. My first one in two years, as I was recently fired. It was a devastating event for me. I found your videos from the "How to answer Why did you leave your last job - if you were fired" video that you did, which was perfect. Thankfully the question did not come up. But, using much of your advice (despite stumbling a bit in the beginning, I am always very nervous) I got an offer a couple hours later - with a slightly higher salary than I asked for!!! Thank you so much Marat. 😁👍

For example, yo can be facing a really toxic job with all the situation that it could have, another situation is when you are looking for a promotion and your competition try to stop you. Another example is when you mistake in something that will carry consequences to the company. They are a lot a situation that are hard to handle.
