What are your strengths can also be asked in the following formats:
    - What is your Strength?
    - What are your greatest strengths?
    - What are your top 3 strengths?
    - What are your strengths and weaknesses?
    - What is your key strength?
    - What would your boss or colleagues say your key strengths are?
A great way to do this is to include an example of a strength, a situation where you used that strength with positive outcome.
One way to do this is to use the STAR interview method. The STAR method is an acronym for Situation Task Action Result. If you use this method when answering this question, it's much easier to ensure your answer will include a strong example where you describe the situation (what happened), the task (what needed to be done), the action (what you did / the steps you took), and the result (what happened, what was the outcome, either on yourself, team, colleagues, customers or clients in the business). This is also a great method if you struggle with tough interview questions and answers.

I have so many of the skills and talents you describe however previously I would not have used the language or business speak to emphasise all I have to offer.

I came across some of your videos as I was preparing for an interview - it was some helpful - love how you breakdown the possible questions and the answers. I used some of your examples on questions to ask and must admit it did "floor" the interviewers. Really great and thank you. ... and I am still awaiting the outcome of that interview. But I have a few more interviews lined up so I will be watching more of your views.

Very good information, informative eye opener. Take a look at answer 8 in the top 20 answers document. I think paragraph 2 has an error in the sentence (I want to find somewhere where I somewhere I can...)
I figure it out, but just saying 🤷 😊😊.

@Amri Celeste- you skipped strength #4. You went from strength 3 as Adaptability and skip to strength 5 as Analytical Skills. Any thought's here? Or did you meant to include Growth Mindset as strength 4? See 8:26.

How many strengths should you mention if asked?

    • @amriceleste

Two or three would usually be sufficient, but this can vary depending on the role.

Is that the level of detail needed? Aren’t some of these stories too wishy washy? Seems unrealistic.
