this was a GREAT video. It definitely put me at ease bc I’m on this healing journey and so totally burnt myself out by trying to heal or trying to do things that so enjoyed all day without really sitting down and relaxing. I’m not exactly sure how to explain but let’s just say the only I really felt relaxed today was lying in the bed before going to sleep
thank you! and yeah, I totally feel you. on my own healing journey, i've definitely guilt tripped myself into doing only things that I thought were "healing" (i.e. meditating, journaling, yoga all the time) but it was rooted in the fear that if I didn't do all those things, I wouldn't heal. But healing is our natural state, so forcing it to happen doesn't always make us feel better. I'm glad you were able to find a moment where you felt truly relaxed and I'll know you'll find many more unexpected simple moments of ease and flow on your healing journey (:
@@ChristinaHoang Yes, that’s exactly it. I’m so so glad you understand. I felt like I was forcing it at a point and yesterday was my breaking point, I was like “why am I not getting better?” that’s when I realized I was forcing it and not taking the time to really enjoy myself and relax
