Actually, I was not in depression for losing her....I was in depression because of all the time that went to waste and all the assignments, exams I could have done better if she was not there. After breakup, it took me few days to convince myself that she was not even worth it....however the cause of depression was the time wasted and my age being 29 years without a single physical relationship in my whole life. That changed when I convinced myself, I CAN BE AS YOUNG AS I WANT TO BE AT ANY AGE I WANT TO BE. I just have to change my habits. Hit the gym. Become strong. Become young. A man does not lose his libido or sexuality considerably as long as he is healthy. My health is my top priority nowadays and I will not settle for anything less than where I look at my current body and think....was that even me?
