Last of the summer wine is one of those comedies that once you watch it, you're hooked. I think it was on from 1973-2010. There's a reason it was on so long,,,,,, it's good!!.
When Howard threw open his raincoat in front of Marina and the police thought he was flashing her I almost fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. 😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thanks so much for having posted these shows. We're presently in the middle of this "coronavirus" mania, so it's nice to have something good to watch at home.
7.04 Howard dressed up as a scout, as he's up to something sneaky, Pearl realises and sends him back in the house, Howard's parting shot "You'll be sorry if ever you have to rely on me for hunting our food", lol!
'Tuesdays you bake', I remember back in the 50s neighbours that always had the same dinner on certain days of the week eg Lamb on a Monday, Ham on a Tuesday etc ...
I would love to live out my retirement in a small , clean little village in England and live a peaceful and simple life in God and Jesus.....but,...I don't think that exists any more.
😀Been watching so long I now notice the extras. Taller blonde-haired extra talking to shorter guy in background in library is in 'Lot no. 8' he crashes into police officer; in "Hermoine' he is a bartender in "Follow That bottle" he's walking in front of library in "Big Day at Dream Acres" he's walking on a path with a woman "Whose that Mouse in the poetry corner" he's in the poetry group. What a wonderful job. To be a regular extra on LOTSW!🤩
Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view!" Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam." Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!" Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..." Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!" Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky." Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction." Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment ?"
*Too bad they didn't have 13 to 22 episodes every year instead of only 6 to 12 so we could have 600 or more episodes to watch instead of only 295 in 30 years*
He TRIES to cheat on his wife, mostly without success. It's his bumbling that makes it funny. But he does love her; just watch the episodes in the final season where she throws him out. Or even when he regrets leaving home. th-cam.com/video/2A3QwSHnLWU/w-d-xo.html
These guys were the Kings of practical jokers..........on each other no less...... what a great group of comedic actors, guys and gals !

Yes. I had a friend who's mom always cooked fish on Friday with no exception.
Yes, and a day for washing, (laundry) as well...
yep
Thank you for posting these shows and it amazing Tae see them back on you tube
I feel like I should drink hot tea when watching this show. It's my fav show ever
Why not I do
I always do. Earl Grey or Tazo
Compo, Cleggy and Dewhurst dearly missed. Still it continues to entertain and hold it's own.
I nearly agree with you. It looks like a series on life support without Compo and Dewhurst. The canned laughter defeats it
This lot were the original Tic Tokers without the phones , Brilliant Stuff
YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE!
IT'S ALWAYS WORTH THE BOTHER!? ☺️♥️🍀🎉
Lovely!!
Much prefer the later episodes with Alvin - love Alvin
I would love to live out my retirement in a small , clean little village in England and live a peaceful and simple life in God and Jesus.....but,...I don't think that exists any more.

"I sleep in pajamas too thick for playful dreams". Where do they come up with these lines?😂😂
Brilliant mind' Great writer. 😉
"Very few of my fancies were free" another howler!

From Season 28--the last one with Smiler (& Billy Hardcastle was already gone)... 😢
TUESDAYS U WAKENBAKE!😀😀😀😀😀😀
Howard looked very proficient at flashing
Thank you, Thomas.
Coppers 0 , I like these Coppers😉🤣🤣😎😎
That Geezer Smiler never had much luck!,
what with trying to get those Buses out on Time to this!,
Poor Guy!.
Also, Don't drink the water. It's a spin off of the buses and a real laugh
Thanks for sharing Subscribed
Poor Howard! LOL!!!!!!!
Brilliant.........
Certainly Comic royalty New generation doesn't come close 👍✌️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
And mondays was always laundry day for mum.
Brian Murphy who played George roper didn't change and man in wooly hat was an officer in tenko
Barry and that car *sigh*
Why is Brian Murphy's name omitted from the credits?
Becuase whatever potato this was captured on captures everything all zoomed in.
Tuesday's you bake...

Glenda and Barry trying to find the squeak together
Yes. Seems to be borrowed from a Spike Milligan joke
Glenda in the boot of the car is a change . A woman doing something that a nan should do. Its usually the other wsy around!!!!!
SMILER AND MARINA DANCING WAS THE FUNNIEST OF
ALL THE SHOWS ! 👍😁🇬🇧
Smiler looks a little to made up today. I still think of ever one still roaming the hills.
It’s Wallace! It’s Ratty!
What is wrong with the sound on these videos?
This show is one of my favourites, other than Be Cool Scooby Doo, Tom and Jerry and Looney Tunes
Clearly you are looking in the wrong places.
I feel sorry for Norah Batty. At her time of life still fussing about instead of squeezing one last drop of love and enjoyment out of a waning life.
I think fussing is what she loves and enjoys about life...😣
My granny wasn't content unless she was miserable.
When cannon and ball and Russ Abbert came as so-called Regulars, time was here to cancel this program 😮
The annoying laugh track though.
Can’t stand Howard! Don’t see the point with his character! All he does is cheat on his wife!! 🤔
This is just a comedy situation ;try changing your channel and watch cartoons.
It wouldn't be much of a show without someone to dislike, every show has it's on little villain type.
He doesn't even do that successfully 😄
This is as vanilla as it gets; if this is unbearable, life must be excruciating for you.
