This is one of my favorite episodes with Seymour. I love when compo pretends to fall in the water, and shows he hasn't fallen in just about when clegg and seymour are going to dive in the water. I also like how they constructed a submarine using a steel drum.
LOVE lotsw THE theme gives ME a warm safe feeling💯💖 ..RIP TO ALL THE wonderful cast who gave us so much pleasure over THE year's! I often visit holmfirth AND BILL AND Peter's grave compo & gleggy)) BEAUTIFUL little town/village
Is that village still as quaint as it is in the series or has it changed like ive heard much of Europe has? Seems western culture is being destroyed and is something were told is evil now. Strange times.
Absolutely love last of the summer wine I have every single episode on dvd absolutely fantastic timeless comedy and great scenery and fantastic actors/actresses too
15 years ago i had a routine every saturday night. Id watch this series. I knew i was older when the highlight of my Saturday evening was watching Last of the Summer Wine. I miss that routine. Prior to this series id watch Keeping Up Appearances every Saturday night. Miss those days too. They were so normal compared to the lies were being told to keep us in a constant state of fear panic and prejudice durimg the era of the cov
I know Im randomly asking but does anybody know of a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost my login password. I would love any assistance you can give me
@Deshawn Markus I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
I can't even find the words to say how much I missed this show along with Are you being served?.. Saturday night was staying home and ordering pizza 🍕🍕...great memories!❤❤❤❤
I remember when this show first aired. Due to the bridge scene, the BBC voiced over the end credits warning the general public not to attempt any of Compo's stunts in real life.
I once got a great suit from Oxfam's waste bin. Actually, it was a store they had that was supposed to sell what they had failed to sell in other stores. I got a Pierre Cardin suit for about £3.00. It just shows what you can find when you look.
The best program on television at the time compo dressed has a lovely tramp cleggy the well dressed handsome man, Eli was the best clown allways up to some funny scenes 😀, Seymour very will perlite person ,Nora Batty hits compo most times with mop head 😀 😄, ivy gives compo. Cup and saucer ,then he drinks from a saucer classic. Howard and Marina love is blind 😆
Every time there's a commercial on an episode I am watching it jumps straight into the following episode. Jumped into 5 different episodes within 5 seconds. What's going on?????
I like the big guy,..I don't know his name but he reminds me of an American actor by the name of ..Forest Tucker.. he's dead now,...but his looks are very similar.
Why does it always have to be Compo they use for doing the horrible, dangerous things. He should get his own back on those two men who believe themselves to be clever.
As a Canuck, I can't get my head around of men wearing coats, vests and ties while out in the country. And wearing wellies has to be hot and uncomfortable.
Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view!" Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam." Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!" Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..." Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!" Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky." Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction." Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment?"
Thank you so very much for the Summer Wine Episodes, it gives back the warm, safe, wonderful feeling of a normal, sane , comfortable world.

I miss this show. One of the all time greats.

My favourite episode of Last of the Summer Wine. That submarine was brilliant!
My favorite of their shows. Miss them ❤
Last of the summer wine my favorite love them all .
Wouldn't you like to have these people in your life......I love them....
One of the best and funniest episodes of lotsw, especially when compo spies on Howard and Marina in a boat and they fall overboard.
Shame about the zooming in and out in parts, but I get used to the low resolution recording after a while...

Thanks. Now we don't have to watch.
Last of the summer wine and Mrs Browns boys are my favorites
Great best Sitcom ever with Compo / Cleggy / Foggy
"It's Pearl in a submarine" superb
The chevrons on Compo's sleeve indicate he was a Sergeant in the Army.
Me too, I watched my British Comedies.
Love it so funny.
I was hooked once I saw the first show.. Marina and Howard 😂
Every time there's a commercial on an episode I am watching it jumps straight into the following episode. Jumped into 5 different episodes within 5 seconds. What's going on?????
The best one ever
LOL. It was funny when Compo tricked Clegg and Seymour, only to fall into the water himself. Talk about karma. XD.
Compo fun as well
Gotta love ivy !
Well, if I gotta.
love this show but its hard to watch blurry and half missing but tfs
It was never the same after compo
The UK ❤️👍💋
AH! The proper unedited version!!!

@@peterokane2 AS SEYMOUR.
*Compo Simmonite in a Submarine*
sey our, not sure they have very rude wordsin school dictionaries
Compo cracked up
Ah, Berry before they started putting too much M/U on his face...he looks like an old woman with brite red lips now...LOL...
Anyone catch a little bit of Marvin Gaye "I heard it through the grapevine"?
To funny
I suppose you mean 'humour'!

I can't wrap my head around their wearing coats, vest and ties when they're retired. Time to relax.
FRESH CASHEWS ON SEASHELLS!
its in me pock et
